Ben is a plumbing saint. He explained everything he was doing every step of the way. For real, he…read morecould have told me my sink needed a new carburetor and cost-efficient back-flow piping system and I would have said maybe I need 2. This company is not like that. Ben spoke so highly of the owner and everyone he works with and the 'Jesus Fish' isn't a gimmick...this spiritual based company really pays it forward and stands by their work for the good of the community. I knew from the very minute the office manager answered my call, I was in the right place. Even over the phone, I could tell she was a wonderfully, kind person who loves her job and helping others. This lovely lady explained everything to me and set up my 'non emergency' appointment within 36hours. When she called with my appointment reminder, I knew exactly who it was and I can still hear her laugh. I don't recommend breaking a pipe or causing a leak to find out how GREAT this company is, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this plumbing company to everyone needing an expert plumbing saint. I most definitely recommend for those of us who are plumbing illiterate--you will in very good hands and you will be pleasantly surprised. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

He wasn't able it fix his mess. I needed my water to be turned back on so I called this company. He was very nice on the phone but nice soonest mean anything these days. I didn't know it was over $940 when I hired them. I feel they took advantage of my situation. For them to put in new values system and faucet. With cheap plastics knobs and super dated look. It doesn't even look nice. He was there less then 3 hours. The adjacent bedroom had a plumbing cubby in the wall. It was really easy for him to get access to this area as well. It was an old delta faucet system that need to be changed out because plastic values were leaking. The second bath (master) I hired another licensed Plummer and with everything out the door same job it was $300. I even have a nicer update looking faucet. He was retire military and in the Plummer union. Super outstanding man. I will call on this gentleman who fix my master bathroom for future fixes. Thanks Andrew!

On a whim, I also asked him about what it would cost to replace my kitchen faucet, since I'd been thinking about that as well. He helped me pick out a faucet online, and while he worked on the toilet, I ran to Lowe's, picked up the faucet, and came back in time for him to then install it for me. Everything went smoothly, and Ron was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and even double-checked everything multiple times to make sure things were working and not leaking before he left. I would definitely call him again in the future.

Total time involved in the entire process was just a hair under 12 hours. I mean come on, that's service! And realistically it would have been way under 12 hours if I hadn't had additional issues that yes I was aware of and yes he picked up on instantly. So he ended up having to go to the plumbing supply house and turn off the water at the street, both of which were not necessary if he was only doing what I initially asked for. But no! He said "absolutely I can fix that" and ended up staying until around 7pm. 100% recommend Arvin's! Attaching pics not because you care about my water heater but because you can tell by looking at someone's work that they genuinely love what they do and want to be awesome at it.
