Sonrise Construction did an amazing job on my porch! Everything is top notch and more than what was…read morerequired of them. We had a double deck porch built, screened in upstairs and downstairs. Metal roof with gutters. Adding the metal bars and ceiling fan installation was barely more. It turned out way better than I imagined. The extra creativity they brought and the structural integrity really looks amazing. They made sure everything was properly done, above and beyond what code would require. Michael was who I mostly spoke to. He always returned my calls and was very professional. He was super honest every step of the way. One of the workers, Justo (I'm probably misspelling that), was a near constant perfection machine, going over every detail to ensure everything was done just right. And the cleanup afterwards was super tidy. Anyway, you can't go wrong using this company.

We hired this company because of a neighbors recommendation. It was a costly, horrible situation…read morethat we continue to have to remedy. It started with a wooden fence were the boards were apparently hard to find. They used nails that were too long and had to be sanded down. The screened in porch and deck expansion was horrific. They continued to ask for money up front until I had them call from where they needed the materials. If we paid them, they usual disappeared for days. After the initial agreement, Michael disappeared, avoided my calls and emails, and made excuses and straight up lied about things. His brother worked hard but eventually disappeared as well. When we had someone come in after them, we found out the quality of the materials as well as the craftsmanship was horrible, Brother blamed brother and the people they hired quickly left due to not being paid. What disappointed me most was that they use a company name that should come with trustworthy, honest people and work.

Would highly recommend them, Martin answered all my questions and explained what needed to be done. Thanks a lot.

Do NOT use this company. We received a written estimate through our real estate agent who referred…read morethem to us. We didn't want to pay top dollar but we didn't want the cheapest solution either. We wanted to make the carport roof right for our buyers. The estimate thoroughly detailed the work and products and it was a go. We met with Allstar the day before the work was to be done. They "didn't have enough product" to fulfill the estimate and Allstar suggested shingles instead. The day of the work...with NO discussion...they switched from shingles to tar paper that the owner had on hand at his home and charged us MORE than the estimate. The tar paper was left hanging over the roof edges. Very messy. The "new roof" didn't last through the first rain. We met with them. Note: The business owner is always late. When he finally showed up, he got on his phone like we were insignificant. He refused to make it right, said it was our fault because we "didn't want to spend a lot of money" and he wanted to charge us $1,000 more to fix it. As it stands, we spent $2,000 for what professional roofers call a temporary roof. They may have gotten out there without informing us because the spot that leaked doesn't leak anymore. This is the kind of company that gives roofers a bad name. Us, our real estate agent and others that he talks to will never refer this company again.
