They were very responsive to coming out for repairs but the repairs were always temporary. I remember the leaks were frequently blamed on a clogged gutter. We even went as far as removing the gutter. The leaks continued. Well fast forward 13 yrs later and the roof is now out of warranty. We finally had another company out to inspect the roof, we should have done that while we were having all the problems in retrospect. We were told that the shingles should not have been installed over the original planking. We Have an old home, 1940's and they used planking in the day. Apparently shingles will eventually break or crack when not installed over a smooth surface like plywood. My husband said at The time of installation he asked about the need for replacing any wood and was Told Only if it was bad and needed to be. I've researched how roofing is usually installed and I can't find any evidence of any codes been broken in the way the roof was initially installed. It appears that maybe things changed around 2012 depending around what county you live in. My dissatisfaction and unhappiness is in the fact that we had all those service calls while the roof was under warranty and it was never fixed permanently or even suggested that it could've been done differently to begin with. My husband has since also discovered that the original leaks were caused by broken shingles that had been caulked over and never replaced. That caulking has failed and is still causing leaks. So now only 13 yrs in Im faced with replacing a roof I can't afford to. My husband is now disabled on top of things making finances even more tight. After finding out that the roof was out of warranty and the real reason for the leaks the company will not contact me back. I realize it is out of warranty on their part And they have no further responsibility to me. I just feel I've been left hanging with no options.

They came on a day with less heat as I have so many ornamentals in my yard. The laborers were respectful, cleaned up the entire mess and not one plant gave its life in this process. As a Realtor, I have seen it all, and I recommend this company SIX stars! And I was able to get the color I wanted which is almost impossible post pandemic. THis company will do you right!
