Pricing is fair, the guys are reliable, they show up when they say, have excellent communication (a huge plus for any construction type company), and their workmanship is top tier. We couldn't be more pleased and were happy to work with Undersun. Everyone there takes time to value their customers and any issues/work you need done. We would be glad to use these guys again (although, hopefully we won't have to!) without a doubt. Thanks, Adam & Undersun! It was a pleasure!

It was close to Christmas , and my tenants needed to not be out of work any longer than possible. Pinnacle stepped up to help! ACA Roofing was fantastic to work with after a storm blew one of my gutters down. From start to…read morefinish, the team was professional, responsive, and thorough. Tiffany made scheduling easy and provided very reasonable estimates for the repairs. Manny managed the job and took the time to explain every repair step by step, which I really appreciated. Cowboy was incredibly meticulous with the repair and replacement work, and it showed in the final result. As an added bonus, they inspected my entire roof, sealed any problem areas with silicone, and nailed down loose tiles that had shifted during the ice storm. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I will absolutely hire ACA Roofing again, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or gutter repairs!

ACA of Hermitage and Gainsboro TN replaced a bathroom floor for me one year ago. The workmanship…read morewas terrible at the time. Cracked grout, transitions that did not match up, grout on walls and wood floors adjacent to the project and uneven floor tiles. They sent the same installer to fix the issues. He did not. I mistakenly paid for the job thinking they would stand behind it. They did not. Over the last year the floor tiles have cracked and are lifting up off the floor. When you walk on the floor it makes popping noises. It is obvious that the tiles are just simply sitting on the subfloor. After many months of attempting to contact the project manager he finally returned the call to inform me he no longer works for the company. He referred me to Tiffany with ACA. She came to my home and took photos. She later sent a text that the owner said it is not under warranty. I asked to speak with him but have not heard back from him for several weeks. Poor workamnship. Poor project management. Poor communication. Refusal to make this right. I very strongly advise anyone to stay away from ACA Construction in Hermitage and Gainsboro TN.

Riley met with the insurance inspector at our home to make sure all the storm damage was discovered and documented. The installers communicated constantly throughout the process. Even the guys delivering the product went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Communication over the course of the project was quick and thorough from each person on the team. My home looks better than ever now! Fitz Roofing put way too many nails in my Headwall flashing. When I asked Kory about it he was…read moredefensive and rude. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence. He mocked me. He belittled me and the situation. He was condescending. At one point he even accused me of lying. He threatened me and hung up on me. He never offered a reason for why my flashing had so many nails just said that I was controlling and that's how my neighbor's house is. Some spots had 2-3 nails right next to each other. They installed a Certainteed roofing system on my house. I contacted Certainteed and received the flashing manual it says a nail every 12". Some roofers I have spoken with said 2 to 3 feet between nails. I was never given the option of replacing the flashing that obviously needed replacing. If you have had a similar situation, please post here. I don't want anyone else to feel the way Kory made me feel. Other things I overlooked during the job. They changed my initial install date without asking or notifying me. They replaced a section of facial board without sealing it or painting the exposed back side. Please review the photos and make your own decision. If I ever replace my roof again, I will make sure that every piece of flashing gets replaced and any if at exposed nails will be at a minimum. The part that bothered me the most is the way Kory treated me.
