The quality of work was a great value to our home. A few points for future homeowners using this excellent roofing company: 1) Never pay with a credit card due to third party merchant fees of 3% (@$600 for me) because once you select credit card payment, it's done! Always pay by ACH or check! and 2) Ask the roofing crew not to park their waste shingles dump truck in front of your garage to throw off roof. All your doors and ways to leave will be blocked all day. Park your car(s) outside your driveway. Finally (3) the roofing crew does clean up all day long, if it's windy those shingles plastic bags will be blown all over the neighborhood.

From start to finish Three Stone did a fantastic job repairing my roof yesterday. From the time Simon and his crew arrived they began their work, they covered all of my plants, put up netting around all of my windows and doors and moved all of the patio furniture to my lawn so it would not get damaged. My husband and I had an appointment and I texted Simon, he stopped the workers, and cleared a safe passage for us to exit our home. He also did this when we returned. When I needed to let out my dogs, he did the same and even helped me with one of them. I have never experienced this kind of dedication from any company or workers. The job they did was incredible, and the clean up was immaculate. Simon sent drone photos throughout the day showing the completion and beginning of each step. Justin Timmerman took the time to explain our options, he was professional, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process with us. He answered all of our questions and helped us navigate the insurance claim and explain what the insurance would be paying for, he was awesome as well.
