My husband called Wednesday and she said they'll be out there on Wednesday possibly late after 4 or 5. Heard nothing Wednesday night. I called on Thursday morning the 1st, a man (not identified, but after a 5 minute discussion on people using his company's name and poor service reports and the lawsuits he has going, I assume he's the owner) stated he got out to my home and his minimum for my small job would be $250. I agreed and he said he'd be out Monday, November 5th. Guess what... he didn't show up, nor did he call. I called and left a voicemail late Monday (5:30 pmish)and no one returned my call on Tuesday, or answered the phone on Tuesday. Dear owner, you are the perfect definition of poor service. If they are doing a siding job it takes them forever they work like 2-3 hours a day and then leave. I had several roofs done by them and now I am paying another contractor to come back and fix the poor quality of work. The ridge cap they installed does not even cover the ridge vent, the roof lines are wavy and the roof line cuts along the gables are extremely wavy. They do not install drip edge as they say nobody uses it in TN. My new contractor does. I had several roofs done in my investment property and now I have a another contractor fixing all of them. They were guaranteed, but I feel more confident hiring another contractor to fix it right. 3 of the roofs leaked the very first day. they found the leaks, but now I am really concerned. Nice person, Bad work!
