Absolutely fantastic to deal with! Our water heater started leaking and flooded the garage. Left a voicemail, Ron promptly returned the call, sent Denton, fixed the problem. Total time involved in the entire process was just a hair under 12 hours. I mean come on, that's service! And realistically it would have been way under 12 hours if I hadn't had additional issues that yes I was aware of and yes he picked up on instantly. So he ended up having to go to the plumbing supply house and turn off the water at the street, both of which were not necessary if he was only doing what I initially asked for. But no! He said "absolutely I can fix that" and ended up staying until around 7pm. 100% recommend Arvin's! I discovered that somewhere in my home, there was a water leak, after our pest control person had gone under our crawl space and said he saw a leak. I contacted Angi's and they highly recommended Arvins Plumbing. I then called Arvins and was told they could come the next day. Denton, a very courteous young man, was very thorough, and figured out where the leak was and then repaired it...even going so far, as to go underneath my home and strap a pipe in place. A true family business, the owner's son came out and did a superb job of analyzing and fixing our slow-draining, squealing main tub/shower that others had tried and failed to fix. He texted us when he was on the way and arrived on time. We can highly recommend and will use Arvin's again as our go-to company for all plumbing needs. Ron came out at the day and time I told him I was available. He gave me several options and price ranges of what he could do to fix the toilet's leak and also avoid future issues. On a whim, I also asked him about what it would cost to replace my kitchen faucet, since I'd been thinking about that as well. He helped me pick out a faucet online, and while he worked on the toilet, I ran to Lowe's, picked up the faucet, and came back in time for him to then install it for me. Everything went smoothly, and Ron was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and even double-checked everything multiple times to make sure things were working and not leaking before he left. Since moving into our house a little over a month ago we've had some serious plumbing issues. I called Arvins and within an hour they had someone out to my home ( I live pretty far out, so I was surprised). Ron and Tanner were both so helpful and professional.
