Our furnace went out. Upon calling Lee Co. they set up an appointment. We're unable to send a technician after appointment was made due to weather but after phone they were able to come the following day. Lee has always been very professional and efficient. After full assessment diagnosis was as we thought. All options were offered from just replacing the cracked heat exchange to new furnace. To hopefully eliminate problems in the future we opted for a new furnace. It was originally put in sub-par. I had a problem with an exterior waterline that exited the ground and elbowed into the side of my garage. It was prone to freezing and bursting even while insulated and using heat tape. Lee Company found a solution which allowed them to bore through the garage floor, cut the existing pipes and run new ones deep enough underground that they should not freeze. The guys were on time, did a good job, cleaned up the area and added straw and seed before leaving. I felt the pricing was fair for the job that was done and the work that it entailed. read more
