We've had so many professionals doing work on our house over the past decade. Remodels, roofing, HVAC, tree trimming, window installation, you can name it. But I don't think we've ever had someone so patient, so friendly, so completely honest, so professional and remarkably diligent as Bryan from Hoffman Brothers! We had the pleasure of making his acquaintance today. Our electrical panel required new breakers, and we needed two new outlets to be installed outdoors. We weren't imagining a national heatwave this week when we scheduled the appointment. Undaunted, Bryan worked through the heat for hours upon hours, even right through dinner, and got the job done beautifully and expertly. He was truly amazing! Aaron was our technician. He did a great job problem solving our range hood. He diagnosed the issue and quickly ordered the part we needed. Z-line wasn't timely in shipping the unit but I can't complain since after Aaron and Dustin installed it the hood ,it worked seamlessly. We will use Hoffman Brother in the future if we run into any appliance issue. They are professional, friendly, timely in scheduling the appointment and try to expedite the shipping of the part if they don't have it in stock. Woke up with no air conditioning, I called and requested a repairman. They were on top of it , my technician arrived within an hour of calling. He quickly found the problem and was able to check my warranty and give me a quote for fixing the unit. My unit was up and running within 30 minutes of him getting there. At a very reasonable price. Manager was irrational and hung up the phone when I brought this to his attention. They've blocked my cell and provided an incorrect email to corporate. This is an honest recap. I've praised this company in the past, but their tactics are primarily to replace all existing equipment for profit. They've mislead several times by not acknowledging our Mitsubishi warranty. I was given a quote of $468.27 after the person came in to review the problem with our dryer. I accepted that rate and when the repairs were done, i was charged an additional $125 for them just showing up for thirty minutes initially to review the issue. The business needs to clearly state what they charge and stress that an initial review of a problem is still a charge of $125 in addition to a repair charge. this was not done clearly and properly. read more
