We've had so many professionals doing work on our house over the past decade. Remodels, roofing, HVAC, tree trimming, window installation, you can name it. But I don't think we've ever had someone so patient, so friendly, so completely honest, so professional and remarkably diligent as Bryan from Hoffman Brothers! We had the pleasure of making his acquaintance today. Our electrical panel required new breakers, and we needed two new outlets to be installed outdoors. We weren't imagining a national heatwave this week when we scheduled the appointment. Undaunted, Bryan worked through the heat for hours upon hours, even right through dinner, and got the job done beautifully and expertly. He was truly amazing! And we would definitely call Hoffman Brothers for any additional electrical needs. I think we would actually make a special request that they send Bryan back again. read more

We've paid Hoffman Brothers a monthly Key Member fee for over a year. Until this summer, we had no complaints. They installed our tankless water heater and a whole-house water purification system, and both jobs went well. Then they came out for one of the two annual HVAC check-ups included in the plan. Nothing was wrong with our attic unit. It had run fine all summer, even through a week-long delay on Hoffman's end getting a tech out for the visit. When he finally came, he recommended some repairs, assured us none were critical, and left. Less than 24 hours later, we woke to a massive leak that had destroyed half an upstairs ceiling. We called and they sent out another technician. The damage was on us, he said, for not approving repairs on the spot. What the first tech said or didn't say? "He said/she said," he told us. A manager would call, he promised. Five business days later: crickets. Hoffman Brothers' website promises to protect your "property, peace of mind, and comfort." We paid for that protection every month. When a leak hit within a day of their own service call, they protected themselves instead. read more

Randy was fantastic. We talked through the problem and he made sure I understood what went wrong and what needed to happen to fix it - we even discussed options. Hoffman Brothers did me right. read more

Aaron was our technician. He did a great job problem solving our range hood. He diagnosed the issue and quickly ordered the part we needed. Z-line wasn't timely in shipping the unit but I can't complain since after Aaron and Dustin installed it the hood ,it worked seamlessly. We will use Hoffman Brother in the future if we run into any appliance issue. They are professional, friendly, timely in scheduling the appointment and try to expedite the shipping of the part if they don't have it in stock. The pricing was a bit high but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this appliance repair company. read more

It's clear that Neyland takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. After 5+ years and $10k+ spent with Hoffmann, they refused to continue service after damaging our mini-split during a cleaning (see pics). Manager was irrational and hung up the phone when I brought this to his attention. They've blocked my cell and provided an incorrect email to corporate. This is an honest recap. I've praised this company in the past, but their tactics are primarily to replace all existing equipment for profit. They've mislead several times by not acknowledging our Mitsubishi warranty. Contact Team Air (local Nash HVAC distributor) for reputable vendors in the area. Please have a member from Corporate contact me to resolve. read more

I was given a quote of $468.27 after the person came in to review the problem with our dryer. I accepted that rate and when the repairs were done, i was charged an additional $125 for them just showing up for thirty minutes initially to review the issue. The business needs to clearly state what they charge and stress that an initial review of a problem is still a charge of $125 in addition to a repair charge. this was not done clearly and properly. read more

mason gave good service on our ch&a! Didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. was very respectful and good natured. Highly recommend!.

This company tried to pull the classic bait and switch on me! I have an email stating that the service fee for dryer vent cleaning was $125 plus any needed repairs. After Randy got here, the price was jacked up to $264 plus $125 for his "technician fee." I showed him the email, told him no thanks, and he STILL said I owed his technician fee even though he did NO WORK! Avoid this company! read more
