Proceed with Caution! Plumbers showed up late and filthy. They were slow on the job and despite the…read moreassurance that they were experienced, they were very slow and unprofessional. They used my handsoap to try to clean up the dirty counter and left black stains on the walls near the banister. After they left, I realized that one of the faucets they fixed was still leaking. I asked for a different plumber to come out. He seemed more capable but I didn't realized too late that he still didn't fix the job, in fact he created a leak which I was unaware of until it was too late and consequently the floor of the cabinet was damaged. The third time out the plumber said it could not be fixed without replacing the faucet. This meant I had to replace two faucets because there is a double vanity. Three weeks ago I was promised that they would send someone out to fix the cabinet and have heard absolutely nothing. Since that time I purchased two new faucets and had Brentwood Star Plumbing out to install them. It was worth paying for again. The service between these two companies is like night and day! This was initially a simple cartridge replacement that ended up costing hundreds of dollars and alot of stress. I had hoped that I could avoid writing this review and I gave them the opportunity to make things right but they did not.
