Rather than attempting to help contain the water or even providing something to clean up the mess, he simply went outside and left me to deal with it. Now, in addition to paying for plumbing services, I'm facing the cost of replacing my flooring due to the damage. I understand that accidents can happen, but the lack of urgency, concern, and professionalism was incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company if you're looking for a plumbing service that treats your home with care.

Brian came out and fixed a minor part and had it running in no time for a relatively small price in comparison (I cancelled my Lee Company plan, garbage company). Second: I needed to have a mini split system unit moved and the condenser unit put on a pad, Brian came back out, assessed, gave me a price, and I agreed to have the work done. He emailed me an estimate that was very good and said if I had further questions to let him know. I emailed him back with a question on the bid, and then emailed again because after he left the pipes started making terrible noises. I asked him if he had moved anything under the house. He did not reply (it was on a thursday that these emails were sent) By Sunday night I was totally freaked out and sent another email stating I had sent 2 prior and that I needed to know what he had done under the house.He emailed me back defensive on Monday and explained that it coudln't be his fault, it was water pressure. It was strange, but I responded with ok, how do we fix it? He did not reply again for 3 days. He then replied (and I have been without drains in my kitchen/laundry for over 2 weeks now) that he would not do the job. When I asked why he explain that he was offended by my accusations and that they have worked with other people before who were dishonest and would try to blame the plumber for other problems that may arise (basically saying I would do that) and that he was anxious and uncomfortable doing the work for me. I would gladly provide a transcript of these emails. I was shocked that I would be accused, yet be called the accuser. The owner apologized for the manager's lack of response but agreed that he not do the job. Well yeah, I agree too. It was a very hurtful and upsetting experience. Starting over.

He told us that we would have his personal guarantee to make sure everything is right. We had some trouble during the process at that time, but he did fix it. However, since last year, we noticed some leaks and issues and we tried to contact him many times. We called him several times, left messages, and sent text messages to both of his phones. We never heard back from him. We had to stop using the upstairs bathroom because of leaks through the floor when we shower there. Now we will have guests coming soon and we want to fix it. I called him again several days ago and left a message once again there was no answer and no call back. I wondered if he moved or stopped doing business. But when I did a search online, I found that people were leaving him reviews as recently as three weeks ago and that he was replying. So he was just ignoring us?? Also, the work he did in the past was a bit destructive. When he moved our washer and dryer connection from the garage to inside the house, he made the original pipe unusable. We only found out about this now because we wanted to convert the garage into a living space to have another washer dryer connection. As a result of the way the work was done, the conversion we hope to perform will be significantly more expensive. Perhaps there is a reason to damage an unused main pipe, though I can't think of one.
