His WIFE's car is broken? What a nice excuse. When I tried to get the job reassign to someone, he hinted to me he would come the same day and would be sooner than reassigning the job. So I waited for a whole day. Of course he did not show up and also stopped to respond to my message. I threated to reassign the job if I did not hear from him around 5 pm. He then texted me back he would come next Monday. I received a message from him next morning to say the warranty company would not cover the claim and I had to pay out of the pocket. I am speechless! If he could determine it would not be covered from the photos I sent to him, he should tell me one day early so I did not need to wait. I really do not understand this person but I definitely did not use his service.
