Our salesperson was Sara and she came out, tested our water and shared resources where we could get more facts about our water. We got a quote for a plain under sink unit and a whole house system, and she thoroughly explained all the different options you could get. My extended family buys alkaline water, so we decided to be bougie and get that on the counter spigot, however at Sara's suggestion we did plain RO to the fridge and ice maker. David was the technician that came out. He was extremely personable and you can tell he believes in their product. He did a great job drilling into our countertop and provided some guidance in machine placement for easy filter changes. They sell an American made product, and it has great reviews. They use an 'intelligent digital assistant' (A.I.) named "Finley" for all their scheduling and even direct customer interactions. The texts are real enough and quite intuitive but there is ZERO follow thru on any of what the system tells you. Appointments windows are committed but the call back from human staff never happened (x3) and text quotes for service we asked for multiple times (x2) never came through. It's like they set up this answering service and let it run on its own 24/7 automation and forget it's even there making commitments to customers and not following through. Disappointed and extremely frustrating. Aqua Clear, please designate someone, ANYONE, to follow up on these interactions so you don't lose customers over your lack of people to just answer a phone call or text. If you've grown to a point that you're too busy to talk to me, I'll go elsewhere.
