While here, he explained that the drain connection had been screwed on incorrectly, so he removed the connection pipe and screwed it on correctly. The connection was faulty, so he removed it and then replaced it with a new connection pipe. The sink does not link now and I will certainly use him again for any problems related to plumbing. He is an expert in the field.

Text messages came assuring us they were on their way several times, only to get a voicemail later that they should have scheduled it early in the morning since there were 3 air conditioners and wouldn't make it. I called back, rescheduled for today April 14th. I received a text message this morning letting me know I was on the schedule and that they would be in contact with us when the tech was on his way. By 11:00am I had heard nothing. I contacted them (all done through AI mind you) and they said they heard my concern and someone would be coming out still today. At 3:00pm I contacted them again and they said now, the gentleman that was scheduled to come out here was stuck and couldn't come out until tomorrow...So do you think they were actually going to come out tomorrow? The answer is no. I live in a rural town which they CLAIM to service but its only if you are convenient. Poor planning, poor scheduling, they will drop you for their higher paying jobs. They don't care to lose your service because they can't keep up with it anyways. Take my advice and call someone else. Insincere. Diengenous. Should probably higher some real people. What a nightmare this has been: The technician showed up and started working on the plumbing without knowing where the shutoff was, or trying to shut it off. Water was spraying over my kitchen for several minutes and I had to grab countless towels while he went outside and tried to find the shutoff. He then cut himself, and was bleeding all over my kitchen, for which I gave him more towels. He then told me that my garbage disposal was broken, and told me I had to go to Home Depot and buy another, and pay for the install in addition to the job I already paid them for. Interestingly, my disposal worked perfectly fine before they arrived. Somehow, it was broken within the one hour job. Things went even more downhill from there: 1) A few days later, the plumbing sprung a leak. I called Best Care and they sent the same guy back. He said that he installed the Ptrap backwards (how is that possible?) 2) A few months later, the water shutoff valves he installed sprung an undetected leak in my cabinets, and I now have destroyed cabinet wood and mold throughout. 3) A few months later, the drain pipe from my sink completely fell off while running the garbage disposal (also how is that possible?) and water sprayed out into my kitchen cabinets and floors. Not to mention their plumber gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him directly for "better prices". Having Best Care do work in my house was probably the singe biggest mistake I have made as a home owner. Please avoid at all costs

I had a second person come over and the only problem was a loose wire running copper tubing. Thais was after I had been a customer for several years. I was never informed that there would be a $49 charge to come out to my home. I called and talked to the woman who answered the phone and told her what happened. Then I mailed a letter and explained the injustice. After another threat, I called and asked to speak to the owner and was told that he was in a meeting. I will not be using this unresponsive company again. Very disappointed .
