Definitely will use them again! Greg Rawlin came out to take…read morea look at a leak coming from my shower that had started dripping down into the kitchen and getting all over the appliances. I was really worried it was going to be something major and that they'd have to cut into the ceiling to figure it out. But Greg checked everything out, and right away he knew what was going on. He was super knowledgeable and explained things clearly. Turns out it wasn't a major plumbing issue at all it was just some old caulking around the shower drain that had loosened up. He was confident, honest, and didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary. Super easy fix and no mess. Really glad I called Dad's Plumbing, and I'll definitely reach out again if anything else comes up! Also, to those who works . Greg is super trustworthy. I couldn't even meet him in person, and he was totally fine handling everything over the phone and through video. He kept me in the loop the whole time and made the process really easy. I ask a lot of questions, and he was patient and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel rushed or like I was bothering him. That kind of service is hard to find these days! I've lived in the Manchester area for ~ 6 years now and have used Pro Plumbing before, with varying…read moreresults. However, this last time I fear is my last. We had a clog that was impacting our bath, dishwasher and kitchen sink. We called them in seeing if they could possibly unclog. They were unable. I'll be honest in I'm unsure if this is due to them or the previous people who I suspect also did incorrect work. Instead of admitting this, they continued going forward with different actions. They couldn't fix the drain and so put a ton of silicone down it (and all over the base of the tub without cleaning up) and said "I can't tell you it won't leak" Which is, obviously, upsetting and means that the tub is still unusable. The next plumber assured us it is definitely leaking under the tub now. They then tried quoting us $3,000 to fix it. We denied this and went with a different plumber, who unclogged the line in less than 30 minutes for $250. So now we have a functional kitchen sink and dishwasher, but an unusable tub due to the pro plumbing plus service. The new plumber also quoted less than a $1000 to fix the now messed up tub. To note: They didn't charge us anything. We usually get a visit fee of "we looked at it" so I'm unsure if they knew they had messed it up or what.

The service tech was very friendly and explained to me how and why this had happened, my children were over filling the washer causing it go out of balance, which was causing the washer tub to lean..he was able to fix these issues. The second time we had them out was to install a dishwasher for us....again the tech was very friendly and remembered that he had came out and repaired our washer. During the installation of the dishwasher he had found that our old dishwasher was hard wired into the wall, he was able to add an outlet that would handle the power of the dishwasher for safety purposes, and proceeded with the installation.
