I requested a service call and I was told that a technician would arrive at between 11AM and 12 PM. No one had arrived during the stated time period. I called a larger, more well-known plumber and two technicians arrived to diagnose a very serious problem. What's ironic is that the Honest Plumbing truck drove by my house at 3 PM, 4 hours after they were scheduled to arrive with no phone call, email, or text to explain why they did not arrive during stated time. What made it more awkward was that I was standing with the two plumbers from the competition finalizing a quote to repair a very serious problem that I am not sure Honest Plumbing would have had the resources or employees to handle. I may given them a second chance in the future, but it would be for a less serious problem. Obviously i was not impressed by the lack of communication and 4 hour late arrival, by which time the competition got the job and started the work the next day. The roads were in terrible condition due to an ice storm. I called another plumber and they didn't want to come out, which is understandable. I had a severe pipe issue and not only did Honest Plumbing come out the same day, they fixed the issue for only $250! He actually put shims under my toilet as well free of charge. After waiting a week and a half for them, I found out that I had been unscheduled and they can't help me.
