We took home a few samples and decided on what we wanted. We then scheduled a time for Kipp to come by and do a formal measurement and quote. No pressure - no gimmicks. Kipp knows his stuff about flooring. We then arranged to have the carpet installed. They worked around our schedule to set up the install. We moved many of the little things but the crew that did the installation handled the big furniture items and were very careful. The installation crew that Spencer Flooring uses were professional, knew their craft and were very polite. They did a nice job of cleaning up also.
