Additionally, he showed me a couple of "insider tips" how to clean the grime buildup from the shower doors correctly so they looked almost new once reinstalled. Certain areas that are too stained to match everything (requiring replacing those boards or choosing a darker stain if you prefer), we believed we had hardwood flooring under the kitchen laminate and it turns out we did not. They replaced all of our base boards and door trims throughout the house as well as refinishing floors throughout the entire house. I reached out to fill in some holes that longhorn beetles that were already infested in the…read morefurniture ate its way through. There were 2 holes about the size of a pinky and the cavity is about the size that could fit my thumb up to its nailbed. I reached out to a few folks and got quotes. Given my prior positive experience, I reached out to Mauricio to see if this could be done. I also noticed 2 holes that I'm not sure if it was there when I first got the furniture or if something else bore out. These were about the size of a dull pencil tip but on the underside of the furniture. Mauricio was extremely patient with me upon getting the details as I was considering getting a second opinion from some local exterminators on the risk of another emergence. Eventually, I figured out some details and booked an appointment. Everything was quickly scheduled with Edgar who arrived on time promptly and quickly went to work fixing the 4 holes. By the time it was finished, I could only vaguely guess where the holes were. To someone who didn't know about the holes, it would look almost natural. All in all, this took roughly an hour or so to complete. Edgar was sure to clean up after himself and laid out some paper padding to capture any mess left behind and prevent it from touching the floor. Overall, I was happy with the price and quality of work done.

I am submitting this review with mixed feelings. Initially, the work they did on my two…read morebathtubs/showers was nice. However, later on small flaws and some overspray and bubbling appeared. So I called them out because you have a 5 year guarantee. Now each and every time they were called out, it never showed that it was anything I did, but it showed to be the fault of the product and they fixed. However, this last time I called on some flaws that showed. the rep was starting to say there might be a service charge and started to change their tune. This is a 5 year guarantee and never has it showed that it was any fault of mine in fact I keep good care of both tubs and showers. So if you have a 5 year guarantee, you should honor that. It is not the number of times they have to fix something, but the fact that it is a 5 year guarantee and should fix any flaws that are a result of their product. The rep had stated -we have been out there several times. Well, I am sorry but that is not my fault and if you have to come out several times to fix that, then you should honor the guarantee. You could look at that from the other perspective of the consumer and say of that was a car it would qualify under the lemon law. The technician came out and fixed a few spots and it was admitted that the last technician oversprayed. The technician stated -well it is not going to be perfect. That is kind of like saying -Your going to get your car repainted but it is not going to be perfect-so there may be marks and chips. Live with it. However, one of the spots was not fixed, so I called back the technician and he ignored my calls and then called Miracle Method and they also ignored the calls. I work in healthcare and after the year we just had, I do not have the time to continue to try to call them back and schedule and continue to have calls ignored. They are starting to act as if I enjoy having to make appointments and wait for fixes. I do not enjoy that and quite frankly wish I did not have to do that. The point remains, if it is your product and you guarantee, then it should be fixed. Now, understand that I do not think they do bad work and I do not think they are a bad company or have bad technicians, I just think that sometimes the product shows some flaws and a person should not be ignored and brushed off because they have called your company out to fix issues under warranty.
