Quick check out with my information and ordering. I soon got a text from Diana to schedule the installation, and confirmation the day before. Alex and Julian showed up to install exactly when scheduled. The were communicative and respectful of my home. They quickly and efficiently moved my furniture, took out the old carpet and padding and then installed the new padding and carpet. They had me check that everything looked as I expected and replaced the furniture perfectly. The whole experience was quick and easy. I had been putting this off as yet another project, but this group made it almost a non-issue. Refreshing.

They're WAY overpriced. We worked with them to try to get the project started for three weeks then gave up. They wanted 100% of our money before the project even began. We ended up going through Whole Wood in San Carlos for our hardwood and we worked with Rolando Lopez at Pure Wood Flooring to complete the project. They were amazing! No joke, we got more done in one day with them than three weeks with the Floor Store. Stay far away from the Floor Store unless you want overpriced material and slow, ineffective communication.

These people are amazing, Commerical and have been a BRIGHT spot to work with in a difficult large remodel/expansion. They tracked it down, quickly, Got it back from a very large Commerical project, it looked great, they helped us with honing... and to top it all off they saved us just now when we realized we didn't order slabs with a very quick response and discount! So grateful for the entire team - the receptionists, sales, people, management and ownership. Well done and thank you Davinci!

I was told I would receive a refund for the price difference. It has now been several months and despite multiple follow-ups, I have still not received the refund I am owed. This reflects very poorly on the company's customer service and reliability. While the product selection is good, it is extremely disappointing that Da Vinci Marble has not taken care of a straightforward refund in a timely manner. I hope they address this issue and improve their responsiveness to customers moving forward.

Our orig provider graciously gave us a refund but we were still left in a pinch to find a replacement product ASAP to keep our construction schedule. Victor and Whole Woods delivered beautifully. Even when we had a minor dispute a year ago, he handled it with professionalism and ease, which really proved his integrity. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding for the price. Unlike big-box stores, these are well-made with plywood boxes rather than pressed wood, and they are beautiful. I highly recommend this shop to anyone--I've already sent my friends and family her and I will continue to come back for every future project.

Michael also did not offer to take away the excess floor underlayment and the unusable floor boards. On the positive side, Michael was able to secure an underlayment with a less popular thickness, which involved extra time and coordination. One of the installers did a fabulous job with my stairs.
