If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I had a service scheduled for 9:15 am today. I gave very detailed instructions on how to find my apartment through text which I show in a photo. When I received a call at 9:17 am he said he couldn't find my apartment. From the sound of it on the phone, he had already gotten out of his car and walked up the stairs to a building on the other side of mine. I told him you're one the opposite side of the building there's another staircase. So then I get another call and he said with attitude "you need to come out so I can see you I don't know where you are." So I started to ask which direction he went when entering the complex so I could find him fast and the best I could. At this point he was extremely rude and frustrated, he ended up saying how he basically drove past the point in which I instructed him to stop at. He then told me very rudely "I don't have the time to be driving around here" and he hung up on me as I was trying to tell him he should have stopped at the building I told him to stop at. I called him back and said told him I gave specific instructions on how to get here and that he could have called before getting out of the van, he then very ungeniunely said you did give me specific instructions I'm sorry and I then said don't worry I don't want your services. At that point I watch him speed past my building. I wrote him a text telling him I'm leaving a bad review and he then tried to back pedal and say got lost can't find it sorry, as if that was the reason for the issue. I'll never recommend him to anyone. On top of how disturbing this situation was, I need my chair and ottoman washed for my baby's nursery. I was excited to finally be able to get this done to complete the room. But it's not worth being treated that way. I'll find someone else. read more

My appt was at 11:45, he showed up right on time. I had just found out a few minutes before he arrived that the water was shut off in my whole complex due to a leak. So when he arrived I let him know and he said he could go do a different house and come back to my place in a few hours when the water was back on. So about 2 hours later he came back to my house and got started. My carpet was not nice by any means, with 2 young kids it got pretty dirty with throw up, spills, and even some dog pee. But it all came out and ended up looking sooo good! It took about an hour to do my 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs, area rug and living room. I had to leave as they were finishing, and he kindly closed up my house and garage for me. Both him, and the woman working with him were very nice and did a great job.
