I have a 2908 sq ft home and he finished everything in an hour an a half. He did such lousy rush through job with his assistance. I hired Chuck to clean my carpets and mattress. I have a two story 5 bedroom house I paid $165 for carpets and $40 for the mattress- let me just say that that price is really cheap and between that and his super nice personality and his professionalism and the fact that he was on time is why I'm giving 4 stars BUT I have to be honest and say my carpets look pretty much the same as before he came to clean them. Other than the basic dirt from high traffic areas being gone and the carpets being more "fluffed out" from being cleaned, every single stain that I told him I had that I was hoping would go away is still there. I expected for some stains to not come out because that's life right? But every single stain is still there and the pet odor didn't go away at all. He came to my house with his employee and they did the entire job in 1.5hrs - so seems like even tho I had trouble spots there wasn't really much extra attention paid to these things because let's face it that's a big house and not very much time spent at all for that big of sq footage. I told him from my very first consultation that I had these issues and was the sole reason of hiring him - he didn't guarantee anything which again is why I'm not a pissed off client. Although I've never had my carpets professionally cleaned I have always used a rental machine to clean them myself every few months. So if there was something more he could've done at an extra cost- he never told me about it so let's just put that out there too. Here's the types of stains I was dealing with in case you may be looking to hire for similar stains- red juice box stain (not wine), small yellow dog pee stain (I cleaned it myself when it happened but the stain itself I thought could be taken out with professional products), a pinkish colored stain from where an eyeshadow pallet was dropped and a light green stain from where my kid dropped her diy slime kit (the green in that was from basic food coloring). Obviously like I said before I don't expect miracles but I thought atleast one of them would be gone but no. Not even Close- the stains aren't even lighter or anything. Pet odors - not gone - better, yes but not gone. If I would've paid more than what I did I'd be upset but I'm not just because it was so cheap and he was a very nice man and he never ever guaranteed anything. I honestly just thought that even though I had these stains, that a professional could get them out or atleast lighten them- even if he would've had to charge me double or something - I would've paid it! If you have great carpets to begin with and just looking to have them cleaned to keep them nice - totally worth it - but if ur someone like me and actually have stains and pet odor that ur hoping a professional can get rid of AFTER you've tried to get it out yourself -maybe ask if he can do more and pay extra? Or just skip it all together because it won't help. read more

A year late but I was getting ready to call him for this years carpet cleaning and figured I would acknowledge just how awesome they are. We rent and our carpets are old and just ew. And I'm obviously not going to replace my rentals carpet just because I don't like it. Downstairs is this hideous green carpet and upstairs is the standard apartment grade beige carpet. Chuck made them not only perfectly clean but they we so soft and plush. His prices are unbeatable and you get much much more then you pay for. They are courteous and when my at the time 3 year old asked a million questions, chuck laughed and just answered everything he asked, even after the third time of the same question ;). As a response to their response on my review: If they felt my directions were "inconclusive" why did he admit to going past the point I told him to stop at, why did he admit to me on the phone that I did give specific instructions, and why did he then apologize. He still has yet to address is lack of professionalism and how he hung up on me. Last building on the left and the staircase directly faces to the parking lot. There was no excuse for today. He could have called before getting out of the van if he felt my directions were "inconclusive" but he didn't. You can tell in his response to my review he has a lack of remorse for how he treated a customer. Especially during this time where I am pregnant and need help to get things done before the baby is due, getting this chair and ottoman cleaned was important. You can tell how he doesn't care to make it right, because he could care less how he treats people so he could care less about the reviews I left. read more
