This guy is a total ripoff. I scheduled cleaning for a bedroom, bathroom vanity area, long hall, and 18 stairs with two landings. He rushed through in 35 mins. Nothing was clean and when I voiced my disappointment in the quality, he said it looked fine to him. The floor was soaking wet. When I asked if he could suck more water out, he stated it happens while he's cleaning. I tried calling Robert for a carpet cleaning of just one room. I was quoted 99 dollars. I knew that the carpet was dirty but I thought it would clean up well with the type of carpet I have because Robert in the past told me this type of carpet cleans well. Robert then shows up and charges me $139 bucks because the carpet was "dirty." He was in and out within around 30-40 minutes and stated that the carpet has wear and tear and will not come out anymore. I was disappointed so I used my own small carpet steam cleaner and noticed the carpet was cleaning well!!! I pulled all of my chairs and tables off of the carpet before Robert's worker showed up and wanted me to pay before doing anything and said the cost would be double the amount!! I saw an ad for $99 for 3 rooms the day he was coming over and mentioned the promo once he came, but said he only had time for 1 room. I had time constraints to get it done, so I was desperate. I'll start by saying, the owner of this company is completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I used their services 3 times in total. The first experience was great. This is why I decided to continue with the service. The second time I called to schedule an appointment Robert, (the owner) whom NEVER picks up the phone but will text you or In all just don't respond. Confirmed the appointment via text and sent a different employee. It didn't bother me until the employee didn't put any effort in cleaning the carpets and went over "high traffic" areas lightly and called it " ware on the carpet " and stated he couldn't get it out. After I told him the other person got it out just fine he proceeded to do the work and get the stain out but charged a higher price of $250. We paid but I decided to tell Robert next time to send the younger gentleman back because we liked his work and attitude better. For the 3rd visit or should I say 1/2 of visit. I tried to schedule an appointment for 3 days with Robert not picking up the phone or calling back when I was at work (drive for a living) and unavailable to answer, he left a voicemail with availability times. I called him back he once again did not answer I left a voicemail to confirm one of the times and to ask him not to send back that gentleman from out last experience and explained why. Robert never acknowledged my request nor did he confirm. The day before the cleaning I decided to phone Robert again. He sent me to voicemail and text me. I asked him to confirm my time he texted "Address" very shortly I responded he said I was not on the schedule but he can add me. Frustrated I agreed to the same time. When my husband opened the door he realized it was the same gentleman. My husband allowed the gentleman in because he had moved all the furniture for the work to get done and we decided after this we wouldn't use their services anymore due to all the unprofessional behavior. The gentleman said " you guy's have a problem with how I clean the carpet but I'm telling you I can't get this satin out it's ware on the carpet" this let us know it was discussed and Robert still sent the gentleman to our home after requesting him not to do that. My husband told him fine he could just clean the carpets. He started to prepare to do the work I went out to snap pictures for Yelp and told him what I was doing and he became upset I told him to have a nice day and went in the back of my home. I then seen the gentleman pick up his phone via cameras in my home and began to text. And start to clean again. After I while I heard my front door slam really hard. I told my husband to go see what was going on. He went out and seen the gentleman had packed up all the equipment and prepared to leave the home. He stopped him and asked him hey what's going on the gentleman stated Robert had told him to leave the home because we didn't like his work and he didn't have to finish the job. I phoned Robert. He then decided to finally answer the phone.I explained to Robert that I asked him not to send this gentleman. He told me that's the only person he has at the time. I said well if that was communicated to me I would've made other plans. He said he told him to finish the job and leave I explain to Robert that he did not finish the job in in fact packed up his equipment and left Robert did not say anything told me maybe I should find someone else to come and clean the carpets next time. This would not have been an issue if Robert would've been professional and picked up his phone and let me know that he was short on staff I would have scheduled with someone else like Stanley Steemer who charges the same price anyway. This company is extremely unprofessional over price for their work and sends out workers who don't like to do their job but instead calls high traffic areas where in tear. Every stain is not made to get out of a carpet cleaning but high traffic areas usually get clean fine I have pictures and videos of before and after. the gentleman in fact got the stain out but gave us a hard time for no reason at all, mostly because he didn't want to do the work. My advice call Stanley Steemer they are professional and charge the same price but you won't have to deal with unprofessionalism and lazy workers. read more

We've used Robert's twice and both times the two different guys (Eli and Gavin) who came out were great to work with. This time, Gavin was our tech and he did a fantastic job, not to mention he was a genuinely great guy! Unfortunately I have to vent my frustrations with this company. I used them two summers ago and a tech cleaner named Sam serviced my house and did a fantastic job. I have medical issues and pet issues and Sam catered perfectly to these issues when he was in my house. Just recently I specifically asked for Sam to do my carpet again. Robert took a long time to respond and when he did he said he would prefer to do it because he needs the money. This was so frustrating because he's getting the money! I got a hold of Sam and and it wasn't because he wasn't available to do the cleaning so I know that's all Robert was focused on....getting all the money instead of paying my preferred technician.
