Very satisfied with the service provided by Accent Carpet One to redo our home flooring for the entire first floor. We wanted something waterproof and resistant to pet stains and with some expert help from Johnny at Accent Carpet One, we chose an SPC Luxury Vinyl Plank product in white oak https://www.republicfloor.com/great-oregon-oak-reor2304 . Because of the waterproof properties, we chose it for every room (kitchen and bathroom included) as one continuous floor throughout the downstairs. We scheduled the installation for a few weeks later and everything went according to plan for us. The installers were very professional and performed the installation with care about every detail. They engaged us on decisions involving any preferences or concerns. The install team was also very flexible and adaptive in their planning as we had to make a plumbing repair during the project and we also decided to swap out our appliances and furniture during the week long project.
