This review is a couple of years late, but these guys did a great job with the wood tile flooring in our dining room and junior master suite. ---UPDATED REVIEW--- In March of 2022, I bought roughly 900 sq ft of beautiful flooring & I had them also do the installation. Mari (Owner) came to our house and inspected what my wife & I wanted to do to our floors. We received top-notch customer service. Installation also went perfectly. They did it all in one day, cleaned up after themselves, and were efficient. I was completely satisfied with what we had purchased. April 2023, a year later a few boards were coming loose and separated, one of which had an end that began to curl back and stick up from the ground. I contacted Mari about it and she came out to my home inspected the problem boards and agreed the boards needed to be replaced and fixed. She told me that she would contact the manufacturer of the flooring material and file a claim. In May 2023, she and a representative came to my home, they took pictures and told me they'd keep in touch - I said, "Great!" Sept 2023, four months later - she informed me that the Claim was approved and they were moving forward to fixing my floor. Oct 2023, twice I texted Mari for an update, no response. Nov 2nd, 2023, I am continuously contacting Mari and following up for a status update on the claim - I even had to go up to the store to speak to her husband. He took my information down and I still didn't receive a call back. Nov 3rd, 2023 I called her again and I finally reached her only for her to tell me that another customer of hers was experiencing the same problem and that she would call me back in an hour. Last I've heard from her. I called and left her a voicemail on November 24th, 2023 - no response. The floors are still not fixed. Be aware that once they get paid, the work is done, and you have a problem - you may never hear from them again. Now it's 2024, another year coming around and I can only assume that they found out that they are financially responsible and are backing out of it. I hope not but I don't know. They did a really beautiful job and the house looks like a completely different home now! They were very timely and responsive, kind, professional, and transparent about all costs. They found some issues with the floor which needed fixing after pulling up some carpet and ran all fixes past us before fixing and charging us. Great company to deal with. They install vinyl SPC flooring on the 1st floor on a 2500 sq ft home. I started the kitchen myself as a DIY several months ago during the kitchen renovation and realize that this is hard work. That's when I found Adrian and his crew. They finish what I could not complete in literally 2 days. Terrible company to deal with. They did such a terrible job when they did our floors. Should've been a red flag when they took the baseboards out when they weren't supposed to and when they installed the baseboards back they did such a crap job they just left the nails marks making it look like a crap job. After 2 years of only having the floors done our floors were lifting. According to Mari the "owner" it's not their fault and its the manufacture fault. She did not even try to help us instead wanted to charge us $4000 to redo everything! UNTIL my son gets hurts due to floor lifting then all of sudden they want to help. Up until now customer service and communication between Mari and the contractor has been difficult! They only reach out to us when we follow up, why are we the ones consistently following up? When you as the business owner is supposedly "helping" shouldn't you be the one on top of it? They tell us one thing and kept putting us in back burner until we have to follow up. Mari is also super disrespectful. She had her poor front desk person be the messenger and not even give her the full details on the job so we can't even get a straight answer. So when I demand Mari to call us back and stop ducking us THEN she wants to tell me she won't put up with me frustrated on the phone bc she's trying to help? How are you actually trying to help when you've done nothing but CC the manufacturer on the email WE HAVE TO CONTINOUSLY FOLLOW UP WITH SINCE YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO RESPOND! Then when I actually speak to Mari all I asked was "Is this going to be done properly?" and Mari couldn't confirm it instead she wants to say I'm the one being rude and dodged the question! so WHY AM I PAYING YOU? WHAT AM I PAYING YOU FOR?! I hope people read this a realize how much of a rip off this company is. Honestly, after this review who knows she'll probably pull something out her ass and say they won't replace the floors cuz her EGO is way up there. Good thing I have everything documented in case she tries to pull a fast one. UPDATE: They send someone over only giving us a day notice to move everything out of the house NOT to mention LIED and said the contractors are able to move our furniture around one side of the house to other and now the contractors are telling us everything has to be outside! NICE MARI! good job at communicating. PS she says its supposed to be one in a day, ill update ya'll if its done in a day like she promised and see if it gets done properly. =) read more

Hacienda flooring is a joke especially Adrian and his wife they were very unprofessional, we had a problem and they needed to compensate us my wife asked for a break down on everything so we can come to a fair compromise, and they refused to give us a breakdown it was like they where hiding something, the floor sounded hollow and cheap and Adrian BS excuse was there wasn't any furniture on it, but in fact it was the cheap padding they put under the floor because when I had a professional floor company do it they used good padding and I didn't have that cheap sound without furniture in the room. read more

Don't trust them! I told them that I wanted every carpeted area laminate in my house. Well somehow the thought that I wanted to keep the old carpet in the living room. So the floor intallers show up, and I told the main guy what I wanted, and he puts the floors in. 2 days later the guy tells me that they ran out of product cuz I apparently told the owner that I wanted to leave the living room carpet so I had to fork out more money for their mistake. During the job, they left tools all over the house, wet rags on wood cabinets, and leaking caulking guns. They did an awful job on my staircase. I payed for new baseboards, but they just re-painted the old ones. They were available right away on a positive note. read more

Adrian and his installers did a fantastic job. They arrived in Sacramento early, within the 2 hour window they committed too, and completed installation of my waterproof flooring in a few hours. I appreciated them showing up in masks and took safety precautions throughout installation, which is especially important during COVID. The work crew came on time and did an excellent job removing our old carpeting and installing new LVP flooring upstairs and new carpet on our stairs. Wow. Honestly wow. After having a number of estimates done and visiting local shops, I was about to make a choice and decided to talk to one more person because I have pets and everyone who came in was quick to tell me not to worry about it and just do my floor! After a quick call to Hacienda Flooring, Adrian came out and was able to provide me with estimates for various options I had requested AND went out of his way to stay and talk about how pets and water affected the various flooring options. He was the first and only person to give me the answers to the questions I had been asking. He was so much more professional than others that had come to give estimates and knew EXACTLY what he was talking about. He isn't a person that did this as a side job, or a hobby, this was his life and he was good at what he did. Not only did he schedule a date to have the work done, but upon my request was able to move up the date because of a cancellation - and let me tell you, my new laminate floor is AMAZING. I want to start off by saying that the quality of work that I recieved when dealing with Adrian from Hacienda flooring was great! He came out to bid the job then contracted out the work to another guy who did great work, I was truly impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of work performed, BUT... My wife was the one who originally dealt with Adrian. It took about 3 weeks from the time we got the bid until the work was done, and during that time he continuously sent her text messages that were uncomforatable to innapropriate. I do not think any married man should ask another woman if she likes to party.... Second, the wood that Adrian selected looked great, but it was not very high quality and scratches very easily, my dog walking up and down the stairs leaves huge gashes in the wood. I was obviously not pleased after spending several thousand dollars to have my investment ruined within 48 hours. I called Adrian and asked him to come take a look. He told me he would come out later in the week. He never came. I have since left 7 messages for him and he has not called me back. This was over a period of 3-4 weeks. For my money, I would go somewhere else, great work, but the sleezy personality and failure to back up his work after being paid left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I gave hacienda a 2 star only because the quality of work performed was great, everything else was sub par at best. read more

Never trust Hacienda Flooring thru Amazon prime as a provider. They will never show up to the confirmed appointment they agreed upon. The installer text me to let me know the date and time to show up, but did not show on the first day them reschedule the last minute, also did not show up on the reschedule confirm time he provide for the second date and he never response back from my text messages. So, I decided to call Amazon prime customer service, to let them know that the provider did not show up and don't response back from inquiries. The customer rep called Hacienda Flooring and was able to speak with them and they won't let have a call with Amazon and myself to explain why they didn't show up. Hacienda Flooring excuses to the Amazon rep that they are not able to install to Amazon prime customer. Gladly, Amazon was able to call there other realiable flooring provides to do the install with hassle. I would not recommend to use or purchase flooring needs form Hacienda Flooring. I live in Modesto, Adrian was nice enough to travel to my home to give me an estimate. The price was good although the carpet had to be shipped from LA. Time was a problem for me (this was on a Thursday), Adrian told me that he could have the carpet shipped and installed on Monday.
