I needed a couple rooms in my house done last minute and did not think it was a big enough job for them so I called someone else I was referred to. Well Worth The Wait! Before the Thanksgiving holiday, we were rushing to prep our home for sale, including having the carpets professionally cleaned. We brought in another company to have our carpets cleaned because ASAP was booked for the week and we were impatient to get the show on the road. I also didn't check the carpets after cleaning. BIG mistakes! I noticed toothpaste spots that should've easily come out. Also, despite daily vacuuming, our high-traffic area looked just as bad as before cleaning within a week. It was so bad that when our real estate agent took pictures to post, he asked to make sure that we hadn't used the guys he normally referred his clients to (ASAP) in case they'd fallen off the wagon or something. Finally, we took the hint and contacted Pete at ASAP. Did we have to wait a few days? We haven't had our carpet upstairs professionally cleaned in 15 years. Thought many times about having the carpet replaced after installing new flooring downstairs.
