Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. Yesterday it was for window washing (1st time) and power washing (2nd time). Fast and good work as always! Donnie always gives me a fair price and was willing to work with me when bundling services. No, he's not the cheapest, but 1) you get what you pay for, and 2) he gets it done ASAP--I called another company before just for a comparison quote, and they said it would be two weeks before they could do it--Five Star came in under two days! I would deduct a quarter star only because they forgot to mention they accidentally broke one of the outer window trims on a garage window --it was very brittle from facing the dry afternoon sun for 20 years, so I completely understand; just wish they had mentioned it. I added that quarter star back because upon arrival, Jerry the foreman pointed out that one of the front screens was busted from age/sun and offered to replace it for a great price--important when selling a house! When I returned the samples Debra said she would schedule someone to come give me a bid. I then called her at the beginning of March she let me know there had been a medical emergency in Febuary and that Doug would come on March 8th to measure for a bid. Unfortunatel, Doug was a no-show/call but called me the next day to let me know he would work me into his schedule. Today the 28th I called and was told maybe Doug could fit me in for a bid in April. My insurance company has been slow moving and this is why I was not too concerned about the time. However, over a month for a bid when you no-showed seems a bit much.
