Fixed my door scraping issues, was able to identify and find the correct part for a weather strip that came prebuilt in a kit with a kerf, and swapped my sink aerators. Will come to him for future tasks. Edit: Nvm he just used the weatherstrip kit that I had bought but wasn't sure if worked. But overall still did a good job installing it. read more

On the second job, rejuvenation of a bunny house, tasks were left incomplete. I made the mistake of paying for the job before looking at the finished project in detail after it was finished. The reason being I was not home and Rick was dropping it off. By this point we had built good rapport and I trusted him and his work. When I examined the bunny house, the ramp I requested fixed was returned broken the same way I sent it. When i contacted Rick he acknowledged he was aware but just didn't have the supplies to fix it at the time. This was not mentioned until I inquired. Which was fine, I gave him time to drop in and fix it. It's going on a month now which he hasn't returned to fix the bunny house. His reasoning being he is busy and has bigger jobs. Unfortunate turn of experience. Can no longer recommend. read more
