From my perspective it was a pretty complicated job. From the start Enrique was honest, communicative, and did a great job explaining what was possible. When it came time to do the work, his team did it in the time promised and their work was excellent quality with great attention to detail (and the price was reasonable). I appreciated how Enrique kept me informed each step of the way and laid out the different options. The end product was outstanding and we are so happy that Enrique and his team were able to leave us with a beautiful deck and shade structure. It was clear from the start that he took pride in his work and wanted to do a great job. I would definitely recommend them!

They were VERY satisfied with this company and still are! I decided to get a quote from several companies. American Roofing gave us an excellent written detailed quote, reasonable price, written guarantee, and efficient work timeline. Today the State Inspector arrived and 'passed' all the work completed. We are all set for whatever weather comes our way! :)) Oscar, the Owner, and his Sales Manager, Jose J. gave us excellent and respectful Customer Service with follow-through on each detail. Don't wait. Give yourself peace of mind and take care of any roofing issues with this Company that backs up their work with great customer service. We contacted them through Yelp and received an immediate response to schedule an estimate. I met with Elias, Ezequiel's (the owner) brother for the estimate. Elias was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired and replaced. A day or so later I received the written estimate. We had 4 other companies quote us but RR felt like the right choice. They seemed to be the most realistic about what we needed and up front about how the job would be done, including any on the fly changes/repairs. We were not disappointed. They were great about communication from beginning to end. They took pictures of the work along the way and informed us of additional changes or repairs, which were handled on the spot with no additional charge. There was no guesswork or nickel and diming. They provided quality service and Ezequiel was on the job site throughout. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up after each day, and worked hard to complete in a couple days with permits as well as securing flashing around our HVAC and reinforcing gutters with additional screws. We also asked to have our skylights replaced from an outdated version to a more modern updated skylight. Overall, we give Regal Roofing Solutions 5/5 stars for quality of service and communication. This is the company you need to go with for any roofing projects.

Unfortunately, our warranty expired, so we were not able to get them to come out and fix it for us. Mike's Mobile Screen originally installed the security door. We reached out to them, but they gave us the run around for nearly a month. That's when we decided to reach out to Modesto Door & Window. We were unable to use our security door for a month. The mounting screws that attached the security door to our house were loose, and due to the size and weight of the door, when we opened the door, it would lean and nearly fall off! Colby came out to look at our door the following day after we contacted him. Before he did any work on the door, he emailed us his estimate which included materials, labor, and what he planned on doing. He cut the two top screws and added two additional screws.
