And get our new cement we had poured a few months ago got ruin by them stepping in wet cement then walking all over the newly cement we had done last year . Because the whole yard was paved, it would hold water, and a layer of nasty algae grew everywhere. It was a mess! But the rest of the house had "surprises" too, so we didn't want to spend tons of money to take out and replace the whole yard. Brian came up with an economical AND beautiful solution that would work with our sandy soil--a series of cut outs filled with rock and a dry well. His attention to detail was what sold us. He could've put the dry well anywhere, but he placed it in a functional and aesthetically-pleasing spot and even cut it so our large table's legs would fit perfectly on top. Then, he pressure washed the moss/algae from EVERYWHERE in the yard, going so far as lifting each gazebo leg to clean underneath. When he had leftover river rock, he went out of his way and found the icky/blah spots in our yard that could use some TLC to put them. We're already going to have him out to expand our driveway, and would recommend him for anyone who needed concrete work in a heartbeat.

His own words to me were "well I'm trying to figure out what happened" when looking at it. My first interaction with him after telling him my kids slip and it's not safe was "well I slip on mine too" and that's a product you stand by? For someone who claims to take pride in his company, if a customer is not happy, fix it. We did not expect it too look perfect, but it looks worse than before. We take pride in our backyard & work hard for the things we have. It wasn't just a few hundred dollars, it was thousands. When I mentioned how slippery it was he said "well maybe the expectations were not clearly communicated" He told Travis he doesn't expect what our expectations were based on the condition of the concrete. Don't you think a PROFESSIONAL would say, I wouldn't reccomend this if it's not achievable? The owner came to our house two times, the last time he told me he was going to call the people who make the product but that "he was smarter" so he wasn't sure how much good that would do. He told me he would call Travis and he never did. Travis had to reach out to him, after he already knew how unhappy we were. So very unprofessional. Please save yourself the headache & do not use this company!
