I was above and beyond impressed. I own a daycare so my carpet was in pretty bad shape despite regular cleanings and spot cleaning with my own carpet cleaner. I shouldn't have been surprised since I am a returning customer and know how good of a job they do. However, there was one time I used someone else just based on schedule conflicts and what a mistake that was. I paid nearly 3 times as much and the job was just not up to the standard this company provides. I thought for sure my carpets were toast and would need replacement but wow, they look new again.
