I was above and beyond impressed. I own a daycare so my carpet was in pretty bad shape despite regular cleanings and spot cleaning with my own carpet cleaner. I shouldn't have been surprised since I am a returning customer and know how good of a job they do. However, there was one time I used someone else just based on schedule conflicts and what a mistake that was. I paid nearly 3 times as much and the job was just not up to the standard this company provides. I thought for sure my carpets were toast and would need replacement but wow, they look new again. This is the second time using Fresh Step Carpet Cleaners! They did an AMAZING job!!! Chris is such a great guy! My carpets were a mess! Three dogs,two cats and constant traffic. AGAIN he got the smell and stains out! First time he and his sister came out was last year , and carpets stayed clean and relatively spot free for a very long time.
