Excellent professional service. I have used Mean Green three times and we have always been so happy with our clean carpets. Dion goes above and beyond to do an outstanding job. read more

Showed up late; carpet overly wet and didn't look clean. Over charged for the value. The spot cleaner he left made stains on my carpet.

If you need any sort of cleaning services for your carpet, upholstery, or tile and grout, this is your place! We've used them several times for years now and are always blown away on how great our rugs and couches turn out. This time we had tough stains on our couches and they got them all out! Also our rugs always look pretty new right after they clean them. I definitely recommend using them! read more

Excellent job today by Brian. He arrived right on time at 9:00am as scheduled. By 11:00am he meticulously cleaned my living room, 3 bedrooms and 4 area rugs. I am very pleased with the cleaning service I get from Mean Green Carpet Cleaners. They are always very professional, efficient and friendly. This is my second time to have them clean my carpets and I will be definitely calling them again in the future. I highly recommend them for any of your cleaning jobs as they do more than carpets. read more

These guys are professionals!! I was very impressed with ALL there abilities clean , great job , on time , I would highly recommend

First and foremost, ON TIME! Actually texted 30 min early. Extremely professional and courteous. Had his face covering and practiced social distancing. Being that I have kids, this was especially important. Did an amazing job, throughly explained how to dry the carpets, and even left a courtesy bottle of spot cleaner. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends. Took time to make sure it was done right the FIRST time. And even asked if I was satisfied before he loaded up his machine. A++++ 5 star review for 5 star service! read more

Dion did an excellent job. Professional, quick, simple, and decent prices. One I called around to get prices for places most wanted to charge per room, he does pre squared foot which is great since I didn't want everything cleaned right now. He did pre treatment to spots that were stained and started cleaning. The stains were from pets, kids and dirty shoes over a course of a few months. Looks amazing now. Looking forward to calling him back in a few months to do a couple other rooms. read more

Miguel and his partner came out and clean my sister carpet in Ripon with respect and care. These guys are miracle workers. This was a situation where I have a handicap niece and my sister has injured her back so severely that she can't do much and we were helping her out this carpet looks brand new has not been clean for probably close to 2-3 years. Another company that come out did not do a good job and so we thought it would never get clean. Mean green came out and pre-treated the rough spots went over with an agitator which was helping to remove and loosen the dirt and then take another machine and extracted it. It was a miracle!! I'm just so happy and pleased them. The smelled was very pleasant and just knowing that it's more green and environmental safe really made a difference thank you so much. Kathy G read more

Mean Green Carpet Cleaners - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

What a prick. Showed up to clean carpets in a house we just sold and are finishing the move out. Told me he wouldn't move his truck for me to get out OF MY OWN DRIVEWAY once he started cleaning. But wait....gets better...he sees this review and confronts me. Screaming at me with his face 6 inches from me. Told me that I had no right to review him as another party was paying him. Threatened me with the police. Ye gods....not professional. read more

As indicated in another review, my wife and I recently purchased--and moved into--our new home. Prior to moving in my wife wanted the carpets cleaned and wanted them cleaned right and so I scoured the internet, Yelp, and other home service websites and found a bunch of high-rated companies. However, calling on a late Friday afternoon asking for next-day--Saturday service no less!--service made me sound too demanding and unrealistic. I also asked a weird request: I couldn't be at our new house on Saturday to meet (or pay) him 'cause we weren't allowed to move in until Sunday. So I asked Dion to do a next-day, Saturday service, to clean my carpets without me being present, and to trust that I'd pay over the Internet . . . and he politely agreed! Other companies laughed at me, said they wouldn't do next-day, Saturday service and others were offended that I made such a request. Dion explained how his process was different. When he came out to clean the carpets he texted me pictures before and after. Besides doing an amazing job he kept me up to date with frequent text messages and phone calls every step of the way to make sure he understood me correctly and to obtain my authorization. He was amazingly polite, detailed, and made me feel like I was his only customer. He continuously offered to come out anytime if I felt I needed additional services. In fact, he came out a second time to clean strong urine stains and they look awesome. I'm fortunate to have found such a wonderfully responsive, extremely professional, trustworthy carpet cleaner. As my previous reviews indicate, I'm pretty demanding and somewhat of a cynic, but I can say with extreme confidence, that Dion will be the only carpet company I'll do business with . . . and I have and will recommend him highly and frequently. He has high integrity and I'm glad to be his customer. read more

A huge thanks to Dion and his crew for the great job on cleaning our carpets. We just purchased a home and apparently the previous tenants had pets. Mean Green made the carpets look noticeably cleaner. Dion made it possible for my family to move in and have 'clean' carpets until I'm ready to replace the flooring. If you're in need of an honest, fast responding, competitively priced carpet cleaner that actually extracts the dirt, not just using solvents to mix around the dirt, look no further than MEAN GREEN CARPET CLEANERS! I would definitely recommend them! Thank Dion! read more

I recently purchased a new to me mobile home and the rugs were in bad shape.....I looked around on line and found Dion's reviews were all great....so I called and asked him to come look to see if the carpets were worth saving.......OMG!!! they came out terrific......saved me the expense of purchasing new carpet and these look wonderful......These folks are the best in my book......courteous, kind and ever so willing to explain things to old ppl like me......I would more than recommend Mean Green to anyone who is in need of carpet cleaning..... read more

We had our tile and grout cleaned as well as a micro fiber sectional. The kitchen grout was very disgusting and once Mean Green was done it looked brand new. The price was very fair and much less than the other two companies I had quote it(coit & Stanley steemer). It's great to know that a local hometown company is also the best choice when it comes to professional cleaning. We own many rental properties and I would not use any other company. Best price. Best service. Best results. read more

Dion was easy to work with, gave me a great price and got the job done efficiently. He cleaned my stairs, hallways, bedrooms and the tile in my shower. Great company and I'd recommend them over and over again! read more

Great service. We bought new furniture and thought since we were tossing out the worn sectional in our living room that we can have our living room and hallway carpet cleaned so we wouldn't need to worry about moving furniture around in our small apartment. I contacted Dion on Sunday and he was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday, 2 days before the new furniture arrived. On the day of, the technicians called to inform me that they were running behind from their last job. We didn't mind it and appreciated the call. The techs made sure to spot clean all the places where my kids had dripped their slime, play dough, and glue from numerous arts and crafts projects. The technicians did a wonderful and thorough job. We did not take before and after pics, but our carpets look brand new again! We would definitely use Mean Green Carpet Cleaners again when we decide to clean the bedrooms carpets. read more

Dion and his team did a fantastic job. From first interaction, he was very professional and informative. He came out and did a free inspection and explained the charges before he did the service, which I loved! Making an appointment was very easy and he showed up within the time frame given. He was very nice and very thorough. Now my carpets are clean with a deep cleaning & urine treatment, after a rat infestation, and I feel confident letting my 6 month old daughter on the carpet to start crawling. Dion also gave me a first time discount which I truly appreciate. I will contact him in the future for further cleanings and will recommend him as well. Thank you for your fast response and great service! read more

I booked Coit to come clean some carpets in one of our homes and immediately cancelled after reading the reviews of Mean Green and how they went in after Coit and had better results... We had tenants who broke their agreement and smoked in the home, and we were sure the carpets were going to need to be replaced. Coit tried to up sell us on mumbo-jumbo that MG assured us we didn't need. They came out same day, and boy were we impressed. The carpets looked as if they were brand new, and the smell was gone!!!
