He had my son's name along with mine on the statement. Modesto-The gentleman returned my call in a timely manner. Very nice guy. We needed to have two bedrooms shampooed and a sectional cleaned. He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!

From my two experiences with Johny, I unfortunately can't say the same. My advice is get a quote ahead of time, because there always seems to be a surprise when working with him. The quality of the work on our carpet repair he performed was poor. The carpet didn't stay glued and didn't adhere to the rest (there was literally a hole along the seam where the patch was made).
