He had my son's name along with mine on the statement. Modesto-The gentleman returned my call in a timely manner. Very nice guy. We needed to have two bedrooms shampooed and a sectional cleaned. He did a great job on the sectional, but the carpets were just as stained after he left as when he got there. Although we did have slime stuck in the carpet, there was no way to get that out, and I realize that. BUT...I was the one who got the regular stains out of the carpeting when he had finished. After speaking with a couple of people, I realized that we were overcharged for work (or lack of) that was done. Not having furniture or carpets cleaned in a long time, I did not do a second quote and I should have. Always get TWO quotes! Lesson learned!

Once they left the chemical smell was suffocating and I had to open all the windows in the house and run the whole house fan. Then I realized there was a thick layer of cleaner all over the floor. I mopped three times and still couldn't get all the cleaner off so had to pour water directly on the floor. As it's our nursery for our baby we can't put her in her room to sleep due to the overwhelming chemical smell. The cleaners arrived and seemed friendly. The cleaners charge a very high price of $75 per hour per cleaner. I was expecting good to great results at that price point. The cleaners were in and out in just 80 minutes. They missed most of the surfaces, they were skipping entire floor areas, they did a poor job in the shower. They don't even mop under the dining table. When I called for payment they said it's $300 minimum. When I told them about the poor cleaning they decided to only charge for the 80 minutes. They did offer for the cleaners to come back but the lack of care and attention didn't inspire confidence, and I would have to follow them around. I've had my house cleaned by several companies and this was the worse cleaning I've had, albeit they were friendly. The average time to clean the house is 7-8 man hours, so 80 minutes each was a joke. I would not recommend or hire again

I hired this service a couple of years ago and I will not call them again. They came in (owner )…read more with their people and did my carpets. I asked if they could do my upholstered dining room chairs and they said yes. So then I was asked if I wanted scotch guard because this would prevent stains from reappearing. Was told if they reappeared they would come back out and clean. So yes I agreed to the extra charge. Well after a couple of weeks or so the stains showed back up. I called and they basically said so sorry but it's not our fault and they would not come back out to take care of the problem and re-clean. So I hope that maybe they are better now but just wanted to make people aware maybe do not get scotch guard at extra charge because they ignore the problem and will not make good.
