We contacted a few local companies through Yelp for quotes, and B&V came both well reviewed and provided a fair price. We called to setup an appointment and they were able to come about 3 days later. During the call, we asked some questions about their normal services, confirming what they do, and everything sounded right. Some of the super cheap places out there (often on coupon sites) make everything an upsell once they get in your door, while some big names charge really high prices, so it was nice to find B&V was an honest company with fair prices. We got most of the simple furniture out of the way, and off they went. They even went over a couple high traffic areas twice, focusing on providing results and good service. They had a few dozen squares for furniture to sit on while the carpet dried, and the carpet was about as dry as any other service we have tried before...not too damp, but out carpet just seems to suck up and hold water regardless. Overall excellent service, a fair price, arrived just a little earlier than our appointment time, and did a great job. I'm not one to throw around 5 star reviews frivolously, but I have nothing to ding them on either so here it is...a 5-star review for B&V. Thanks! read more

B&V Carpet Cleaning - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I had to update my review for another GREAT job. Yet another rental with white carpet and dogs. Of course my only call was going to be to B&V! Not only were they able to get us in on short notice, but the job done was wonderful. No shortcuts taken. Soraya and her team are our go-to for carpet cleaning. Polite, friendly, prompt, and so so professional. They had great communication the entire way and were even early on the day of! Hire them, you won't regret the experience and you'll love your carpets!! read more

I don't know where to start... this company went beyond my expectations. I contacted them after my original appointment was somehow not scheduled with another company I met on Yelp. B&V was one of all my messages I sent who responded super fast. And they didn't hold back on the quote they gave me. We I messaged them I told them my house layout, step situation and any other heavy traffic areas I needed done. I even sent them pictures of my carpet material. And on short notice I didn't realize they would be free but they were. We made our appointment at 11 but because the kids were in school I wanted it a little bit more earlier but they didn't make any promises, which I understood! Well the day off they arrived 1 hour early which I loved and they got to the point setting everything. After they were dont after 2 years of our last deep clean the carpet looked amazing! They answered all my questions while they were here and even gave me some advice. I will definitely be seeing them once a year from now on! THANK YOU B&V FAMILY ! read more

I don't trust anybody when it comes to cleaning my house. I will do it by myself as much as possible, but since I dont have a truck mount hot vac I made sure I hire the correct company/ people to do it. And thank goodness I found Soraya & her family via yelp! I rely so much from yelp, coz its accurate!! I also appreciate how Soraya acknowledged my (ocd issues) and made sure everything will be good, and they did great! Thank you Soraya & family!:)))) read more

Soraya is nothing but a godsend when it comes to carpet cleaning services. She came through in a big way for my family by coming early AM on Fourth of July no less. We were desperate to shampoo our carpet in advance of our buyers moving into the home. We had two days to spare and Soraya delivered! Quality of work is impeccable and customer service is top notch. She's quick to communicate, which for me personally is invaluable. I wish more service providers were keen to that on this platform but alas not many do. If you need someone to take care of you the right way, hire Soraya and her company!!! read more

Had an appt for 10am...They showed up 15 min early which was GREAT for me. I really wish I took a before picture of how my carpets looked compare to now. Soraya a was really nice and she was efficient with the scheduling and pricing. She even confirmed the appt and price with me the evening before the appt. My carpets were cleaned in under an hour and I'm so happy with the final results. I definitely will be calling them back to clean the carpets in the bedrooms. And referring them to my mom as well. read more

I had my carpets cleaned for a move-out in Fremont. They arrived on time and even helped vacuum the carpets since I wasn't able to get it done before they arrived. I volunteer as the church secretary and was asked to get quotes on carpet cleaners. I interviewed three different companies and this company gave us the best non profit discount and quote. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. They were not pushy. Very punctual. They were kind enough to work around our schedule. The work they did was amazing! Very clean. They took all the gum off the floor and I swear even the pews looked polished! Amazing work and amazing people. I definitely recommend them!!! You won't regret it. read more

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about these guys. Right from the moment I contacted them everything was painless and super professional. One of the owners/managers I talked to was a pleasure to talk to, asked all the right questions. I told her what I am looking for and she gave me great options and we scheduled a service instantly. The day of service - she came in to check everything was ready. They finished the service in good time. The carpets got a nice clean wash and they were smelling good and most importantly almost dry to the touch of your hand after a few hours. I have talked to many big name companies that will cost you an arm and a leg. They cant stop boasting about their professional grade work but only showing sub par results. IT is refreshing to find a wonderful family owned business, do well and deliver exceptional service at an affordable cost. Highly recommend this business. read more

I love B&V Carpet cleaning. The owners are true professionals. They are responsive and able to fit you in their schedule within days. Our carpet drys within a couple of hours compared to other companies I've used before. They are truly the best company I've used for carpet cleaning. Very professional and their pricing is great. They will not disappoint, I highly recommend this company. I will most definitely continue to work with them. read more

Soraya and Bayardo are true professionals in every sense! We needed our carpets and a couple of area rugs cleaned before Christmas and we contacted them based on Yelp reviews. Not only did they give us a great price, they were able to squeeze us in within a couple days. On the day of the cleaning, they came on time and did a meticulous and efficient job. Although our carpets were fairly new, we did have a few spots that we weren't sure if they would come out. However, once they were done, the carpets looked brand new. They were easy to talk to and answered our questions patiently. We definitely would be using them again. Thank you guys for a great job. read more

We contacted B&V from a referral by a friend whose carpet was cleaned by them. The work on our friend's carpet floor was so impressive that I innocently asked her if she just changed her carpet. Today it was our turn to be the happy customer, so impressed with their friendly, efficient, professional service! The steam clean that they did even got rid of decades old stains! They use a powerful ProChem machine which they also use for business offices. Two thumbs up to Soria Bayardo and Kevin!!! I will be recommending them to our extended family, friends and the whole Bay Area! read more

I started sending out requests for quotes and Soraya got back to me within minutes of course because I'm new at doing this I had several questions so several emails and she was so patient with me and responded with I kid you not 30 minutes or less each time I emailed one of those times being I believe at 10 PM at night on a Saturday night! I realized very belatedly that I needed my carpets cleaned before Thanksgiving. Based upon previous Yelp reviews, I contacted B&V Carpet Cleaning. They not only squeezed me into their schedule the day before Thanksgiving, but they did not rush through the job. The carpets looked excellent and the price was extremely reasonable. I like that it's a family business. I would give them more than 5 stars if it were possible. read more

I'm not one to write reviews but this one definitely deserved it. From the moment I inquired about quotes, Soraya was quick to respond. Any questions I had, Soraya answered promptly. I needed someone to come in and clean the carpets fast. I had just moved in and have a little 11 month old crawler in my home. Their price were very reasonable for 4 bedrooms, hallway and staircase. On the day of service, Soraya and her team even came a bit early on time/day of scheduled cleaning, which I didn't mind. We went over areas to be cleaned, which I had cleared out the night before. She suggested and even helped me move other pieces of furniture so they could get to that area. This was a big help since I had a little guy attached to my hip (my baby)! Totally unexpected since I had expected that they would just clean around it! Last minute, I had also asked if a rug could be cleaned (not part of original quote) and they were more than willing. Overall, their service was great and carpets look and feel much cleaner! I'm totally OCD about cleanliness. Call me weird, but I love seeing the shampoo triangle lines in the carpet! They were efficient, timely and their prices were one of the lowest. Soraya and her team her so nice and very professional! Completely happy I chose them to clean my carpets! Would definitely chose Soraya and her team again! read more

This cleaning service is EXCEPTIONAL! Finally someone I can trust to hire and get the job done with out supervision. The quality and service they provide does not compare to previous cleaning services that I've used in the Bay Area. I'm so glad that after trying 4 other cleaning companies B&V finally meet my standards. I couldn't be any happier to have found them and I'm looking forward to contracting them for the rest of my facilities. read more

If your looking for a great carpet cleaning company hands down B & V are the best out there. My carpets look like new. Try and you'll see what I'm talking about. read more

Soraya and her team did a spectacular job cleaning our home! She was very responsive in scheduling our carpet cleaning and helpfully answered all of our questions. Our carpets have not been cleaned for years and were covered with tracked stains - after cleaning, these carpets looked almost new and were significantly softer to the touch. Very friendly team and very reasonable prices. Thanks Soraya for making our home a cleaner more comfortable place to live! read more
