We contacted a few local companies through Yelp for quotes, and B&V came both well reviewed and provided a fair price. We called to setup an appointment and they were able to come about 3 days later. During the call, we asked some questions about their normal services, confirming what they do, and everything sounded right. Some of the super cheap places out there (often on coupon sites) make everything an upsell once they get in your door, while some big names charge really high prices, so it was nice to find B&V was an honest company with fair prices. We got most of the simple furniture out of the way, and off they went. They even went over a couple high traffic areas twice, focusing on providing results and good service. They had a few dozen squares for furniture to sit on while the carpet dried, and the carpet was about as dry as any other service we have tried before...not too damp, but out carpet just seems to suck up and hold water regardless. Overall excellent service, a fair price, arrived just a little earlier than our appointment time, and did a great job. I'm not one to throw around 5 star reviews frivolously, but I have nothing to ding them on either so here it is...a 5-star review for B&V. Thanks! read more

I don't know where to start... this company went beyond my expectations. I contacted them after my original appointment was somehow not scheduled with another company I met on Yelp. B&V was one of all my messages I sent who responded super fast. And they didn't hold back on the quote they gave me. We I messaged them I told them my house layout, step situation and any other heavy traffic areas I needed done. I even sent them pictures of my carpet material. And on short notice I didn't realize they would be free but they were. We made our appointment at 11 but because the kids were in school I wanted it a little bit more earlier but they didn't make any promises, which I understood! Well the day off they arrived 1 hour early which I loved and they got to the point setting everything. After they were dont after 2 years of our last deep clean the carpet looked amazing! I needed someone to come in and clean the carpets fast. I had just moved in and have a little 11 month old crawler in my home. Their price were very reasonable for 4 bedrooms, hallway and staircase. On the day of service, Soraya and her team even came a bit early on time/day of scheduled cleaning, which I didn't mind. We went over areas to be cleaned, which I had cleared out the night before. She suggested and even helped me move other pieces of furniture so they could get to that area. This was a big help since I had a little guy attached to my hip (my baby)!
