I explicitly asked the MANAGER to ensure they stick to the agreed time, yet they showed up three hours early again simply because another customer canceled. Fine, you are interested, I am open to it. I provided a photo of the specific section with the width, but they wanted to go on site for a quote. Ok, most do to increase the chance of getting the bid. This guy though, decided he wanted to replace other areas of the fence as well and gave me many numbers in the process. I suppose he wanted some wiggle room when it is time to pay for the job? When I asked for the cost to replace the specific section in the photo I provided, his response is: "Thank you, look for another company." That, I will. From this company's perspective, they spend the time to go on site to quote only to throw away the opportunity! Not smart. From my perspective, they just wasted my time. I had them clean my rugs, clean my kitchen, clean my floors, clean my bathroom (sorry for leaving such a huge mess Jr) and clean all my windows and slider with their screens. Every time I am in awe. I literally look outside more now than ever because my windows are clean and my screens aren't filthy from dirt and grime that comes from the leaf blower being used by maintenance. The price is always amazing to me! I will continue to use their services forever!
