We needed a "move out" thorough cleaning. We are both in our 80s so past doing more than a light cleaning. Two days before the cleaning date, I had an email to say the booking had been cancelled. Our realtor scouted around and found there was no one else available. There was just days to go before the closing so they left us in the lurch. The excuse was that they had no team in the area. They had plenty of time to let us know long before this. This was no last minute booking. If there was something less than one star I would use it. We purchased an older home and my realtor gifted us a full deep cleaning service, he added extra to clean more areas, I paid for more cleaning of the windows and I even tipped a decent amount. We were extremely disappointed with the result. We had to do more cleaning and wiping down before we even put anything on the surfaces. When we got our home back days later we found used contact lenses in the corner of the bathroom. Underneath our little carpet just in the door there were black dirt that look like hasn't been clean for 2 years. When remove the stove top, flakes of food debris fell out like snow flakes. We took care of those. However, when our new tenant finally got ready to move in, they vacuumed out hair which jammed up their carpet cleaner, and it wasn't even half of our smallest room. Real experience please read if your trying to book with this company.. First off I'm pregnant with a toddler and I needed someone to come clean the house since it's hard for me to bend or lift. I called and got a good price, the Woman who helped me was nice, she mentioned that she would send someone out to my house between 9 am-11 am and my card wouldn't be charged til after service. 12 pm comes and no one is here, 1 pm comes no one is here. I call the lady who helped me and she says that the person who was supposed to clean my home went to the wrong address and they left.. but I don't believe that because I didn't receive not ONE phone call from the person who was supposedly to came to my house. Then I get an email stating my card has been charged and thank you for the service .. I called to resolve it and the lady offered to send a male out to my house at 4 pm and he would be here until 8 pm. Mind you I am a Woman with a Child I do not want a Man at my house that late! So I declined then asked for a refund. I got my refund and tried calling other companies but no one was available so I texted this company back and asked if they could please work with me to get someone a Woman crew out to my house the next day & got a text back saying they can't send someone out til MONDAY.. so I'm thinking this is some third party company. That's fraud So now my day has been ruined. I miss my appts waiting. My child misses out on his daily activities & I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I contacted this company late last week to schedule for Wednesday, May 26th. Three workers arrived on time, requested a walk-thru to make sure they understood the job and then got to work! They all worked hard, efficiently and thoroughly. The job was done very satisfactorily and on schedule. And I was charged just what I was quoted. I don't do this often but if and when I need to do it again I'll definitely call this company. PS: I just went up to the bathroom they cleaned. The sun had come out since they left-I was astonished-the bathroom shown! The bathtub gleamed!! We did not have a good experience with this cleaning service. We had scheduled a deep clean and had paid extra for wiping down doors, baseboards, switch boards, cabinets, etc. Firstly, we had booked this appt weeks in advance and the day before the appt they texted us that they won't be able to make it. No attempt to reschedule, nothing. When we called them asking for a reason, they just said okay we'll come tomorrow. This already made us wonder if they would put their best foot forward. The day of, 3 people arrived for the job. Two of the employees weren't really doing a good job at all (they were older ladies). We had to keep checking on areas they had completed and pointing out significant misses. Like the doors were not wiped down or the surface of the side table was not wiped down. We literally had to walk around all the rooms and pinpoint the places they had not cleaned and it was the case for all the rooms. Even the floors were not cleaned and mopped properly (under the couch, etc.). When we pointed these things out to the 3rd person (a younger guy who could speak English) he went ahead and completed the job. But we didn't want to have to perform thorough checks after every area was cleaned. Overall, the cleaners were really cutting corners and did not do a good job at all. We were hoping to use this service on an ongoing basis, but won't be working with them again. Definitely not worth the money! read more

On July 18, 2024, my husband contacted Sparkling and Beyond on the internet to set up cleaning services (a deep clean) at our house we sold. A walk-through of the house was scheduled to occur on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 with the new buyers. A contract was signed by my husband on July 18, 2024 for Sparkling and Beyond to come at 9:00am on July 23, 2024 to perform cleaning services before the walkthrough that was scheduled that day at 2:00pm. The real-estate closing on the house was scheduled for the next day, Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Sparkling and Beyond waited until am 3:00am on July 23rd (the morning of the scheduled cleaning and walk-through by the buyers) to send an email canceling the cleaning saying they did not have any cleaners in the area despite sending us an email confirming our appointment on July 20, 2024. In an effort to keep the buyers of the house from pushing the real-estate closing back, we had to scramble to call numerous cleaning companies to get the house cleaned prior to closing. We had to pay another company double the money to come last minute. I want other consumers to be aware of this company's poor customer service. They will charge you NOT do any of the extras anyways Their professional cleaning equipment consists of an average small power washer (not commercial) A half sprayed water and a pack of cheap micro fiber clothes A crew of three is what I had The water sprayer, and his assistant whom is usually chit chatting smiling then maybe wiping some wet area ... She unfortunately just did not have the endurance or did not care to or the concept of deep cleaning or even light cleaning has not been explained by customer service. So the power washer is the only one moving around. The third is their lead (a younger guy whom does not do any cleaning just watches the other two The sprayer and the wiper and is their translator as neither of the first two speak English (and no one speaks English around you, even when they call their "manager" no English ... bottle the other Employee uses some cheap micro fiber clothes occasionally semi wipe an area or two lightly (these are all they brought to "DEEP CLEAN TWO COMMERCIAL BATHROOMS... nothing NOTHING ELSE was even touched Toilets , sinks, walks, window pains, the little gutters ( what they called gutter cleaning) what the "power washer sprays"... Excuse : " oh we don't want to damage anything... but I ASKED you to ... "But your pressure washer already tore the bottom door panel strips off two doors, and how else do you disinfect let alone remove urine splashes or small toilet stains"??! Oh ... they don't ...they just ignore actual work they were hired for ... at the least the crew unfortunately I was stuck with ... didn't touch any of that in fact they as your and DO NOT put in your CC number (assuming it's just to book the date)... because they will charge you immediately... BTW: the manger feels even if employees are just standing around Or chit chatting abe the translator Rick) who basically is on his phone is Basically watching the sprayer and wiper .... Once actually show him EVERYTHING THE feces stains , uncleaned toilets, dirty floors, moldy sinks, and try to explain what you paid for is a DEEP CLEANING (and he agrees with everything pointed out)... says they can't finish (this was the second chance I gave them giving in good faith after FALSE promises... all LIES... from the CUSTOMER service contact I had I came to do a walk thru to see if they actually corrected EVERYTHING THEY MISSED... Also they are dishonest about how many hours they actually work... luckily electronics, on-site cameras videos are all in agreement with everything above and beyond... I've never had this type of experience EVER... there is much more to this nightmare, I'm even getting a headache ranting and recalling ... Btw the Manager is beyond unprofessional and absurd in his business logic and level of incompetence... The "translator agreed to about all the filth I pointed out I mean you can't deny it , I showed him the drains, WHY? Did CSR Dept not communicate?! I said I need this done today you still have an hour until your next job... He said let me call my manger, he spent the next 45 min on the phone in another language told the sprayer and the wiper to stop working , they just stood there ... them grabbed their microfiber clothes and left ... no word.. their called to tell the manager I need them to actually clean the toilets ( I even poured in the cling gel and I check the drains NOT TOUCHED AGAIN... the wiper cleaner one toilet ; the sprayer partially cleaned one drain ... I had to stop him from trying to put all the gunk from the drain directly into the drain so I handed them trash bags I brought .... The translator of course doesn't do any actual cleaning... he's on the phone the whole time ... wash area still stained not scrubbed (just sprayed with water) AGAIN! floor just sprayed with pressure washer still stained uneven. Manager is probably to cheap to invest in his business I assume I mean no mops nothing but sprayer and micro fiber rags ... You know what they say ... problems start from the top... because they are on site just hanging out their manager wants to read more

Wish there is a half star rating. This company is an unprofessional cleaning and a crook. They damaged my stainless steel refrigerator finishing and exhaust hood(keep making beeping noice after the cleaning lady sprayed cleaner into it.). I've not have time to sue them for the damages and half cleaning house. The owner has the gall to email me saying he intended to file mechanical lean on my house. SEE YOU IN COURT. Be careful before hire them. This company cleaning crews showed up with only windex and mold & mildew cleaner to clean your bathroom, kitchen and oven. They hired older Asian properly recently arrived into US and they use steel wire mesh scrubbers on everything and caused damage to appliances' finishing. Their price is also on the high side also. As others have said terrible service. I should have known better. Setup was easy and they were very responsive. They even confirmed the day before. People show up and didn't know they were supposed to do the laundry and I couldn't get that point across so I ended up doing it myself. At the end when I inspected they missed a few areas. Mind you this is a 600 sq. ft. cottage and there were 3 of them. I contacted the service via email, which we've been using this whole time and of course no response. I try again the next day and then they call and apologize, but offer no resolution or discount or refund. A week later I email again asking for some money back for the time I had to spend micro managing the cleaners. They said no refunds. That's it. I wanted a deep clean for a move out. 2 people arrived I came back when the called after 4 hours. I am not exaggerating when I say it looked and smelled like nothing was done. Base boards, windowsills, and cupboards were not touched. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I called the owner and he said how did I get his number? I said the worker gave it to me. I asked him to come see the house it was that bad he said he was on vacation so i faced timed him. He said Oh I see. The only thing I had in the house was a broom and a brand new apple charger that I had bought and plugged in the kitchen because I was in and out so I had just purchased it for this reason. I am 100 percent positive it was there when I left. The only two items in the entire house was a broom and charger that I brought that very morning and used The owner said they don't use brooms and he would ask if any of them took the charger by accident and the answer was no. I would never accuse anyone but there were two items in the house when they arrived there and they were gone after they left. Also my screens for my range were found in the dish washer dirty. They took them off never washed them and put in the dish washer. I asked for my 50.00 deposit back and was sent a text review your agreement you signed and dated. Very poor service. Maybe they are good for cleaning empty houses after or before a moving but for standard cleaning services they provided an awful service. They pretend to clean houses without moving anything. Nobody expects cleaners to move heavy furniture or delicate equipment, but they use the excuse of not moving furniture/objects to avoid cleaning most of the house. You have a small box under the bed? Then they don't clean under the bed. You have a plastic bottle or a cleaning product in a corner? They don't clean the floor around there because "they can't move things". They also provide a pricey window cleaning service, but guess what? They only clean one side of the window and if there's a small object near the window, forget about it "they can't move things" so they'll skip the window and charge you for it. Total: 215$ for 1 person working 2 hours in total. Insane. read more

For example after pressure washing windows didn't get wiped down so they were spotty. Didn't clean any of the cabinets in the toilets. The wall never got deep cleaned.
