Based on the exchange, it was recommended that I book their 2 hour service. In the 2 hours that they were here (team of two), the upstairs bathrooms were completely revitalized. You can tip via the website when you pay the invoice but I opted for cash tips; $80 per since my bathrooms were large and I understand it wasn't an easy task to do especially if a deep cleaning was needed and selected. Ronnie and I were extremely happy w/ the outcome and would recommend this service if you need to clean your place to move out. I am happy with their work at my dads house. My dad was so impressed with how clean the house looked, especially since it's getting harder for him to clean now. He liked all the random cute bows around the house. Booking: It's pretty easy and through a website. You can see your payments, upcoming cleanings, who's assigned to your cleaning, etc. We paid $270 for 2 people, about 2 hours because it was a deep cleaning. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I asked the employees after if I can have them come again and if I should just do it on the site and they had no clue. It was pretty clear that they didn't know how the bookings worked and that they just got the jobs sent to them. One spoke english well, so I couldn't tell if it was a language barrier and they just didn't understand what I was asking. With that said, I'm not sure how other staff are like. Mari and Ana were great and nice. They used shoe covers when they entered our house. I walked them through and told them which rooms they didn't need to clean. They text me prior saying staff will be late and if it was okay to push out the time. They ended up coming slightly earlier than the extended time, but it was a nice heads up. Hired them a few times for deep cleanings and regular cleanings because they provided cleanings at cheaper rates than other businesses. While some of cleanings were fine, the different teams of cleaners were not always the best. When people have not been present at the cleaning (or even present in certain rooms) we've come back to disarray (even though would clean up before they came), some kitchen and bathroom surfaces didn't seemed to be cleaned at all, and it felt like carpeted areas weren't always vacuumed. While the service afterwards has been responsive and great (in terms of refunds) would not recommend them to others due to the inconsistency of their services. read more

This was my first time using a cleaning service through InstaMaids. They had really good reviews so that's why I initially went through them. Scheduling was fast and easy but I think the great service ended there for me unfortunately. I booked a deep cleaning with a few extras and they were scheduled to come last Saturday between 9-10am. 10am came around and I had not heard from anyone and the website said I would be reached out if they were running late. No call so I ended up calling them. 2 ladies showed up around 10:40am. There's a huge language barrier and I believe there was a huge miscommunication with the staff and the cleaners on what needs to be exactly done, or maybe it wasn't communicated at all. Since they were late, I felt they rushed the whole cleaning and they missed a LOT of spots. The whole cleaning felt like a basic cleaning and not a deep cleaning. They were done a little before 1:30pm. I tipped them and they left without waiting for me to inspect or anything. After they left I did my own inspection and realized it wasn't really a deep clean as I had hoped. I had two sink strainers in the kitchen and one was missing. I called within an hour after the cleaning to give feedback and I was scheduled again for them to come back to clean the missed spots today, Monday. The same two ladies showed up today a few minutes early, which I appreciate. Again, I don't think things were clearly communicated with the staff and cleaners because they had to call someone to double check. I also asked them if they knew where one of my sink strainers went and they shock their head no and said there was only one. I said no I had two and maybe they accidentally toss it in the garbage? After communicating what needs to be done again, I went to my trash bin to look if my sink strainer is there and it was. They accidentally toss it out after all. I don't really care about it since it's replaceable but it's sad that they weren't truthful or apologetic about it. Overall, they did a good cleaning (for the most part) but I wished I had a better first experience like the other reviewers here. I also don't get why I had to communicate with them on what needs to be done. Maybe they're new, who knows. I was being super nice and respectful too. Sub par service. I booked an hour to clean the hardwood floors in the main living area and 2 bathrooms. 2 cleaners arrived and told me they can only do 1 bathroom. Both of them were cleaning that same 1 bathroom which I feel wasn't necessary as it's very small. Come to find out, they didn't even clean the shower. When booking, I was told that I could book additional time in 30 minute increments if needed, that was never offered to me. When they cleaned the hardwood floors and the baseboards, I believe they just used water so they don't even look clean. When someone reached out to me after the cleaning to check how everything went I told them that I was not happy with the service and they offered to send a team back, but I would have to again pay out of my pocket for a job that wasn't done right initially. read more
