Instead of the move-in/move-out service I requested a deep cleaning as my apartment needed a lot of love to get things sparkling before my move out inspection. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. I've been a loyal customer for the past two years and have used this company for 2 move-in cleanings, 2 move-out cleanings, as well as recurring monthly cleanings since 2024. Up until now, most of my experiences had been positive, which makes this situation even more disappointing. I had never experienced a complete no-show until today. Ronnie and I were extremely happy w/ the outcome and would recommend this service if you need to clean your place to move out. I am happy with their work at my dads house. My dad was so impressed with how clean the house looked, especially since it's getting harder for him to clean now. He liked all the random cute bows around the house. Booking: It's pretty easy and through a website. You can see your payments, upcoming cleanings, who's assigned to your cleaning, etc. We paid $270 for 2 people, about 2 hours because it was a deep cleaning. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. I asked the employees after if I can have them come again and if I should just do it on the site and they had no clue. It was pretty clear that they didn't know how the bookings worked and that they just got the jobs sent to them. One spoke english well, so I couldn't tell if it was a language barrier and they just didn't understand what I was asking. With that said, I'm not sure how other staff are like. Mari and Ana were great and nice. They used shoe covers when they entered our house. I walked them through and told them which rooms they didn't need to clean. They text me prior saying staff will be late and if it was okay to push out the time. They ended up coming slightly earlier than the extended time, but it was a nice heads up. After the first time, the unit was still left with lots of dust, hair, and dirt. We had to have them come again to redo the job, and I don't know what they did the second time they came by but nothing was different. As shown in pictures, it just seems like all they did was vacuum the floor and nothing else. The carpet was definitely not shampooed, and the drawers were not cleaned out, walls were still dirty and spots with grime and dirt were still left untouched. The vents were still filled with dust. I have no idea how they got such a high rating on Yelp but this is to the point I would call it a scam. read more

Hired them a few times for deep cleanings and regular cleanings because they provided cleanings at cheaper rates than other businesses. While some of cleanings were fine, the different teams of cleaners were not always the best. When people have not been present at the cleaning (or even present in certain rooms) we've come back to disarray (even though would clean up before they came), some kitchen and bathroom surfaces didn't seemed to be cleaned at all, and it felt like carpeted areas weren't always vacuumed. While the service afterwards has been responsive and great (in terms of refunds) would not recommend them to others due to the inconsistency of their services. read more

My credit card was supposed to be charged after the service but it was charged before they actually showed up to do the job. Two people were sent out to do a 3-4 person job. Again this was to clean an entire home and clean carpets. So basically 1 person to clean a home and 1 person to clean carpets. I am not going to post negatively about the cleaners because they did the best they could given the circumstances. When booking this company, there was a small hiccup in scheduling. At the time, I was upset about it but James was very responsive and quickly reassured me. I'm happy with the bathroom and kitchen however there was a lot missed specifically I paid for inside cabinet cleaning $35 and walls $59 and neither were done. Doors were dirty and dust still on top..I had a few plastic bottles to recycle and they were thrown out for some reason, a shampoo bottle I spray painted to match was traded out for a different one and mine was thrown out for again some reason. They tried to dust under things like shelves and tables which had a lot of items on them and in turn made a lot of work for me to have to re sort and the arrange them to where they go. I really only went with a cleaning service for the cabinets and bathroom..didn't need other things and would've like a thorough job meaning walls and cabinets.
