Martinez Cleaning Service - Home Cleaning Near Me

Fast and great communication. For a 995sq ft 2bed1bath is was a little over $400. We requested a deep clean, move out service. There were 3 cleaners that came on time. They did a great job cleaning the interior of the house and finished cleaning in about 3 hours, they asked us what we wanted targeted in particular in the house. The team did a great job on a pretty dirty oven interior, making it spotless. The landlord was super impressed and said it was probably the cleanest she'd ever seen the house. Would definitely use this service again when it's time to move into another place! read more

First of all, it's cleaner than the pictures make it seem. I live in an old unit, so the walls and tiles are beat up no matter how much cleaning is done. Found Martinez Cleaning Services from an ad on IG. It said she responded within a day. She responded almost instantly. Very professional. Asked for all the relevant details. Her price is very reasonable for the deep clean my bathroom needed (I'm a bachelor - bathrooms aren't my thing). Showed up on time and they did a GREAT job. There were little things I didn't mention because I wanted to see if they got them. They did! They even cleaned my hand mirrors which I was not expecting. Very satisfied. read more

Thank you, Martinez Cleaning Services! We needed a move-out cleaning for our 1bd/1ba apartment and Claudia responded quick when I reached out to her. She was very sweet and professional when we discussed scheduling and the type of cleaning I needed. Her team was sent to my apartment and I gave them a heads up on areas that needed more cleaning than others. They were very sweet and friendly when I had questions. I believe pricing is based off of the side of the area getting cleaned AND if some areas need more work than others. I highly suggest future clients to send over photos ahead of time. Unfortunately for us we had a lot of furniture to move so we weren't able to send unfurnished photos. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIRING CLAUDIA AND HER TEAM FOR ANY CLEANING NEEDS! I've already sent her information to my family group chat Thank you again to Claudia and her team! read more

Messaged the business and Claudia responded quickly and agreed to a time/date/price for the move-in cleaning. She came with another person and showed up a little early, communicated her eta. She arrived, did a quick walk thru and went to work. I'm got a call about 3.5 hours later that they were wrapping up. Showed up to a nice and cleaner home. She walked thru what she was able to do and pointed out issues with the home and what she wasn't able to get out (there was a lot of unforeseen mold in the fridge). I appreciate her hard work and elbow grease, but more importantly it was her honesty. She was very reasonable with her prices as well. Will be using her again. read more

It was my first time using Martinez Cleaning Service. They came (for a deep clean) with a team of three. I had had an ant problem so there were many dead ants in a hallway and the bathrooms which the team cleaned up thoroughly, to my delight! They took care of some long overdue dusting and did a great job on my oven. I loved the toilet paper art that they do - a nice little touch. There were a couple areas they missed initially but when I pointed them out they were quick to take care of those. So yes, I would recommend this young company if you are looking for cleaning services : - ) read more

They were scheduled for a Sunday before the Saturday of my son's birthday and didn't come after being paid 100 dollars in deposit. They rescheduled for the Friday before the party (the day before) and canceled. Now I've also got a messy house to clean along with all the food to prepare. I think this place is a scam. They have a pic of a receptionist who obviously is not their receptionist. They will not pick up their phones. DO NOT book this company!! read more

I contacted Martinez Cleaning Service for a deep clean of 3.5 bathrooms and their team of 2 was available to take care of it the next day. I really appreciated how they communicated so promptly over text and gave enough detail to know what to expect. They even texted me after the service to check in. I let them know there was just a small spot that was missed in one of my shower shelves and they offered to come back at no charge to touch it up although I told them there was no need (I missed it too upon inspection before they left). Overall, I was satisfied with their excellent service and was surprised that they even cleaned a few things I wasn't expecting, like hard water buildup on soap dispensers and the dusty top of a candle cover. I am grateful for their transformation of my bathrooms and plan to rebook them again! read more

My wife and I are very happy with the bathroom cleaning service we hired recently. We particularly appreciated how they almost completely removed the stains and buildup around the bathtub drain and overflow drain of the bathroom sink. I had taken photos and pointed these out as high-priority areas, and they paid close attention to them. read more

I reached out to a few cleaning businesses to clean my new home before my husband and I move in and Claudia was quick to respond with a quote. The price was very fair and she scheduled a cleaning for me the next week. The day of the cleaning she was on time and did a walk through with me to talk about what I wanted cleaned. The cleaning itself was about 3 hours and the condo looks and smells amazing! She even cleaned our front door! Claudia was very nice and it was obvious she takes her work seriously. I highly recommend using her for any cleaning! read more

Martinez cleaning services were the first ones to reach out to me when requested. I needed quotes for a move-in move out service in my 2BR apt. My cleaning appointment is not until a week from today, but I will update this post to let you all know how it goes! So far so good and nobody could beat her price! read more

I requested a deep clean for a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath plus an office and flex room. We have 5 cats and a dog. They were friendly with the animals and very respectful and professional with my belongings. They asked what I wanted done. They did everything I asked for and more. I had a deep clean done from a competing company a few weeks ago which left a lot to be desired. I would give this company 10 stars if I could! They encouraged me to review every area after they cleaned it. They did miss a few small things which I caught on the walkthrough. They went back and corrected every little thing I pointed out kindly. They even were able to reach all the way in the corner where my baby grand piano is. They were able to get years of hard water stains off the shower doors, scrubbed the fridge inside and the oven. They washed all the cabinets. They dusted, scrubbed, and detailed the base board. Very pleased with their 4 person crew, 2 of which spoke perfect English so I was able to easily communicate with their team. read more
