I requested an early in the day appointment but could only get 3:30 on a Friday which is the end of the week at the end of the day but I accepted it because I had company coming that weekend. I got a call from Bruno at approximately 2:30 saying that something happened and they could come at 5:30 instead. At first I said yes because I was desperate and my partner got mad and said no way because he wanted to go out for the evening and surprise me. So I called Bruno back to say no and that it was much too late to have workers come who would be tired and working overtime. He did offer to come Monday but at that point I lost interest in using his business. Also, as we were getting ready to leave at 5:20 P.M. two girls showed up that wanted to clean. Not a great experience. They will quote low with fewer hours but will drag the work to make up more money. Also had to point out multiple areas for a deep cleaning including behind the washer dryer, kitchen sink etc.. Quotes for 4.5 hours and took 4 hours and 55 minutes to charge an extra hour. So ideally, I would recommend to pick someone else for a great experience, I am not going back to them again. read more

I hired them to do a move-in clean of our new home. The house had already been cleaned but vacant for around 2 months. I explained this and wanted them to do a thorough refresh of the house for dust, stains and stuff. The carpet was brand new, so there was no heavy duty cleaning at all. Based on the reviews I expected them to have the house spotless. Unfortunately i was very disappointed. When I walked around later I found cobwebs in the corners, dusty bathroom vanities, stains on the pantry shelves and fireplace. One of the ovens was also not cleaned. They spent 4.5 hours but results were not good. I was busy with the move otherwise I would have done it myself, which I eventually did after paying so much.
