Not a great experience. They will quote low with fewer hours but will drag the work to make up more money. Also had to point out multiple areas for a deep cleaning including behind the washer dryer, kitchen sink etc.. Quotes for 4.5 hours and took 4 hours and 55 minutes to charge an extra hour. The good was, they were able to accommodate my last minute need for a move out cleaner. We ran out of time and wouldn't have had time to clean on my own. The bad, they missed a couple locations and windows that had to be pointed out during my walk through. They cleaned fridge but completely missed the freezer. They missed a window in master bedrooms too. They didn't clean the 1/2 bathroom at all. Didn't have them clean after inspection because it was too late. Several spot where corners were missed. Professional cleaners should have different products to use on different flooring. Today during walk through the floor looks gray and streaky. We had dark brown laminate flooring. I hired them to do a move-in clean of our new home. The house had already been cleaned but vacant for around 2 months. I explained this and wanted them to do a thorough refresh of the house for dust, stains and stuff. The carpet was brand new, so there was no heavy duty cleaning at all. Based on the reviews I expected them to have the house spotless. Unfortunately i was very disappointed. When I walked around later I found cobwebs in the corners, dusty bathroom vanities, stains on the pantry shelves and fireplace. One of the ovens was also not cleaned. They spent 4.5 hours but results were not good. I was busy with the move otherwise I would have done it myself, which I eventually did after paying so much.
