This team is absolutely outstanding!! I have been through at least four different cleaning teams in two years, and this is the only group to blow me away! I hired them to first come in and do a deep clean of the house - split into top and bottom on different days. The house has never looked better, not even when we first moved in. We have twin toddlers and my husband and I both work full time, so the house gets used and not regularly cleaned by us. The team of two came in and within 3-4 hours had deep cleaned an entire floor. Their oversight manager also came by before the end of the job to ensure everything I wanted to get done was done and to my liking. The attention to detail was immaculate!! Requested a deep clean for a move in, and they did a great job for a good price, and in a timely fashion.

I had Jorge's team come in to do the move-out cleaning for a vacant apartment. I just put in a new refrigerator and a new stove which usually are the major cleaning jobs for any cleaner. The team arrived on time and thought they are a quality team, but when I went back a few days later to check up on how well it was cleaned, I was very disappointed that there were still full of dusts left on the kitchen countertop when I wiped with a paper towel. When they started, they discovered cockroach infestation. They said due to cockroaches they couldn't clean it then they should have just charged for whatever they did for the cockroaches which I would think it's extremely minimal because they are not pesticide specialists. I got wacked with $400 for something they didn't provide the service with quality - they didn't even have to clean the refrigerator and the stove. I am leaving this message not to attack the service provider, but to warn future prospect customers to avoid this vendor to minimize their financial damage. There are certain things they must do as a general service provider. They are ignoring those basics and blaming the customer that the customer didn't give them a proper instruction how to proceed. C'mon, if I have to tell you exactly what to do, I would have done it myself. Just not professional and dependable to do the cleaning for my place. read more

Easy to schedule and responsive. They did fairly okay for deep cleaning. I told them my expectation is to clean the house in 3-4hrs but they end up took 6hrs and made me pay a hefty price in the end! I cant communicate in english with the cleaners and that make the process even longer. I don't think they are efficient in cleaning with the way and the order that they clean so it doesn't make sense to pay by hour to me. They should have quoted by the house instead of using hourly rate. Took way too long to clean appliances which is not my priority. Not gonna use them again. Horrible attitude of the owner Jorge , sounded super egotistical and rude. For a 8:30 am appointment they arrive at 9:15 am. At 8:25 am I get a message from Jorge they will be late. How do you get 45 mins late and know about the delay just 5 mins before the appointment? They clearly don't value other's time. At 9:15 am the cleaners finally arrive at my building and call me on my phone - I ask them to wait for me to bring them to my apartment. They don't wait and finally show up at my apartment door at 9:30 am. One of the cleaners goes away somewhere again. I ask the other cleaner about the second one. She spoke no English so used her translator but couldn't tell me where the other went. 5-7 mins pass by. I finally call the owner to ask him what's going on. He kept repeating cleaners know the objective and will get the job done. Jorge failed to understand my concerns and instead told me "you're being difficult" Seeing the terrible coordination, and utter waste of my time so far I asked them to leave my home. P.S I had also communicated to the owner in advance it's an apartment complex and they need to wait for me to get them to my apartment. Update/ reply to Jorge's comment - Jorge you've clearly proven you're egotistical (and also a liar) via your reply. I don't live on the 3rd floor. Rude owner. Cleaners were good and did quality work in the 2 hours they were here. Very general things were missed, living room table not wiped, windowsills not wiped, rug in bedroom not vacuum. As I was giving this feedback to the owner, he called me, as we were discussing , he stated if I didn't specifically point things out they would not touch it. This is odd, these are general things I would not think I needed to specify. he then hung up on me. Will not use their services again. To clarify - my issue is with Jorge and how he handled the situation, not with the cleaners themselves. I advise everyone to look at the lower rated reviews - they all have to do with how poorly Jorge handles his customers. Wow. I haven't seen my house this clean in a very long time. There was so much attention to detail. They even scrubbed stains off of the ceilings that had been there for years.
