Had rugs cleaned in 3 rooms. Very impressed. Everything - water, suction, solutions-coming from their truck, not from a machine that they would have had to haul up two flights of stairs. So the water coming thru is hotter and the suction is greater than if you did it yourself. So cleaner, less wet carpets. Anyway, the rooms look great and they were done in less than an hour. Well worth the money to be able to use the rooms in 4 or 5 hours- instead of days when we would do it ourselves. We sat there and played video games and let the young dudes do their work.
