Shout out to Jeff for taking care of the carpets here. I had a reschedule a few times due to my schedule and he was very flexible/accommodating. Showed up right on time and knocked the job out super quick. Great price. Highly recommend him and will be using his services from here on out. read more

They are awesome!!!!, family operation very thorough and professional highly recommend them

I requested a quote through Yelp and Jeff Sr., the owner, responded promptly. He gave me a very competitive quote. Scheduling was easy. His son, Jeff Jr. came out for the job. The carpet was very heavily soiled. Jeff Jr. contacted me to inform me of the condition and an additional charge for the cleaning, which was fair. I thought it would be impossible to get the carpet clean but they did a beautiful job! They were very professional and kind. I'm grateful for their service and would highly recommend them. read more

I live in a small apartment with my little dog. I ended up dog sitting three fury friends for nearly a month, so 4 dogs. I normally try & clean my own carpet with a wet/hot vacuum I have, but this was way worse. I was hoping for the poop to be gone, but figured I would have to live with the stains. I called on a Tuesday & the cleaning was done on Thursday. The carpets look as good as the day I moved, except a few urine stains that I was told would not come completely out (and most have been there for several years. Jeff & Eric were on time, professional, friendly and did a great job. I recommend without reservation! Bob read more

This is my second time using Carpet Tech Solutions and I expect I will do so again in the future. Jeff is a pleasure to work with and does an excellent job. My worn out carpet, with several pet stains in one room, looks good again. I appreciated that the carpet was clean without being super wet when it was done in the early afternoon. It was fully dry so I could move everything back into place by early evening. Recommended. read more

I reached out to Carpet Tech Solutions and I have to say that I was highly impressed! I sent a message/request about some areas in my house that needed some TLC and Jeff got back to me immediately! I was provided a quote for the carpet cleaning along with an explanation of the products they used. (Since I have a dog that was very important for me to know it was dog friendly.) They arrived on time and were quick and efficient with the process. The carpeted areas came out great, almost like brand new! I would highly recommend utilizing their services! read more

We've been thankful for these guys for years for taking care of our carpets in Campbell, but more importantly our sofa which requires extra attention to make sure the metal inlets don't "bleed" when cleaned. Highly recommended and also Jeff is an awesome dude read more

Jeff and his son Jeff were a breath of fresh air when they arrived to clean my couch! They both have amazing personalities and I can tell they really have a passion for their company. We spent the time they were cleaning joking, chatting about the process and talking about what kinds of tools they use, my dogs, the number of people we know named Matt, and I could go on. Honestly- these guys work hard, they're amazing at what they do, and I'll use them again 100x over for my cleaning services. The best! read more

Jeff and his team were outstanding in cleaning my carpet for move-out and the pricing was probably one of the best i have inquire as some other places quoted me potentially 200$ upcharge depending on "how dirty" the carpet is once they see it which is unethnical. Jeff instead gsve me a very competitive flat rate and told me he does not upcharge later which he 100% honored. I would come back to jeff and his company if i have future carpet cleaning. Thanks jeff! read more

They did a great job getting our church carpet and chairs cleaned! Would recommend them for any cleaning project!

I called in and spoke to Jeff. He was great and spoke about his newer type machines and methods. Initially I wanted just 1 bedroom, entry and the stairs. They convinced me to do the whole house. Jeff jr and his team then came in and were awesome. Very hard working and took their time to get the stairs and spots outs. Very through ...passing not leaving any area undone. 6 stars if I could! Great job and would highly recommend them! read more

Great company. We have slate flooring throughout our house and after years of use and mopping it looked dull and grey, after the cleaners came out the floors look new. They also cleaned our leather white couches (never buy white) and now look much improved. After doing a professional job on our rental we had them come over to our home and specifically remove a dog accident spot, which they did. They're not as inexpensive as other floor care companies but the results were great. Not only did I appreciate the quality of work, the team of young men are happy, positive and know what what they're doing. Maybe after ten more years in the business they'll lose that energy but for know I really appreciate it. read more

It's has been a little over a year since I last had the carpets cleaned in my home. On my search for finding carpet cleaners near my area, I sent out a bulk message via yelp to all carpet cleaners in my radius. Carpet Tech Solutions responded to me within 10 minutes and gave me a very thorough response and perfect estimate. I had an 7x9 area rug, 16 stairs, hallway, and two bedrooms all completed for less than $200. Stanley Steemers prices didn't even come close to this competitive rate. Upon their arrival, I showed the to our water spicket within the garage and they got to work. My fiancé and I sat inside the movie room while the team worked on the house. Within 45 minutes, the carpets were brought back to life with all of the stains gone. Both fellas were easy going, super efficient, and had all of their gear to protect the house and get the job done. I will be having our couches and kitchen tile completed by this team very very soon. Thank you Jeff, Jeff Jr, and Jeff Jr's co worker (I'll remember your name next time I promise)!! read more

Great job! Yesterday Jeff and his assistant cleaned our carpets in two bedrooms, a hall and the stairs. The results were amazingly good. We had waited too long in between cleanings and the stairs, in particular, looked awful. Now they look like new. Couldn't be more pleased. Jeff and his assistant were also polite, pleasant and helpful. Thank you. read more

Jeff Jr and Eric are "top of the line" as far as professional carpet cleaners go as well as personable & trustworthy. A tough stain was treated and gone. My carpets look brand new once again!!! Ahhhhmmmazing! Such great service! On time, communicative, reasonably priced and hard work! What more can you ask for?

Amazing! I have ugly brown carpet that I don't want to replace since I have very young kids that spill, paint and ruin most things. We are a shoe free household so things do get that dirty but the dust is bad in the area and despite not wanting food around the house, my kids still sneak it here and there and of course spill. After reading many reviews, I reached out to this company last year. This is now my 2nd year using this wonderful business. Great prices, great quality, and amazing customer service. I will be using them only for all my flooring/carpet cleaning needs. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you very much! read more

What an absolutely amazing company to hire. Jeff came out almost immediately to give a quote (needed to do some recon on the tile floors before he could). Gave him a tour of the house and he was able to give me a fantastically reasonable quote. Scheduled for a week out. Week out arrived and the cleaning crew came out and were SO SUPER FRIENDLY. Walked thru what they were going to be doing, how it worked, what we needed to do after they were done. About three hours later our carpets were clean and the grout was a much more natural color. Really spectacular job and INCREDIBLY reasonably priced (about 50% less than a national chain of carpet cleaners). The rugs dried fast and they seemed to have woken up again. Honestly I can't wait for my carpets to get dirty again just so we can have Carpet Tech Solutions come out and work their magic. The Roombas are happy as well now :) read more
