After a reconsideration I'll give 3 star to this service. I was not happy with the results, and didn't get any responses after the money being paid although I sent a few messages. I also never said the furniture will be emptied. Olivia visited Myanmar house before cleaning and everything was there already. If it's a deep cleaning service for $500, I do not expect to do the work myself after cleaning. And why I thought about this after 8 months? I'm using another service and it is AMAZING. I'm so glad I found Bubbles Kleaning Services! My husband and I are both busy professionals, and we finally realized we need help keeping house and should hire it out to the pros. Olivia was courteous and prompt in coming out for an estimate. We discussed what my housekeeping needs are, especially any special issues I have (we have three longhaired cats that make a lot of mess, and I have sensitivities to many cleaning products). She listened patiently, and I was encouraged to see she provided a detailed checklist of what the cleaners do so there is no confusion. The first visit was a "deep clean" to bring my house up to their standards. They did an amazing job! Not a speck of dirt or cat fur to be found. I'm using them for biweekly regular cleaning moving forward and I expect they'll be just as good. They offer other services such as carpet shampooing and gutter cleaning. My regular service is on vacation and I needed assistance cleaning. My house is clean and the only request was sweeping and mopping floors, two bathrooms and dusting. Making up of two beds and wiping down closet mirrors. My house normally takes my regular service an hour and a half with three people. Two girls were here for three and a half hours. This morning I'm actually polishing my furniture and wiping down surfaces. I would never recommend this company to anyone. It was expensive $100/hr for a job I could have done better myself. The time and cost is fine but when paying $350 for a service you have to go back through to wipe down is unexceptable. read more

I first contacted the company in September of 2020. Jose seemed very nice and quoted me a price of 150.00 for 3 bedrooms which seemed reasonable. On September 18 he showed to do the work and changed the price to 220.00. He said the carpets needed degreaser treatment which was extra. I reluctantly accepted his advice. After cleaning the master bedroom and a guest bedroom there were still stains and spots which were clearly visible. He said he could not redo the carpets unless there was an additional charge. Olivia said she could not do anything about it. At the very least the company should have stuck to the original price of 150.00 and redo the carpet where it was still dirty. Olivia and her team did a good job cleaning our house! We were inquiring different cleaning companies and ended up choosing Bubbles due to Olivia visiting our house for a better estimate, accommodating our schedules especially during the holiday season, and a decent pricing! Pros: The cleaners were overall good workers who knew what they were doing, productive, and with good teamwork. The way they cleaned the bathrooms were definitely 5 stars! They listened and tried to clean our priorities on our list first (as I knew they wouldn't be able to clean everything listed in the 4 hours they estimated). Olivia and her team accommodated for our request to get a few of the areas particularly deep cleaned like inside some cabinets and kitchen appliances. Cons: The reason for taking off a star were because... they came 30 minutes later than planned, told us 3 cleaners for 4 hours but the third cleaner kept changing/rotating houses so only had two cleaners for the full hours BUT they ended up staying for 5 hours in total which made up for it, in order to get the deep cleaning that we wanted I personally had to step in as the third/fourth cleaner to remove and replace all of the items in the cabinets and appliances that we wanted cleaned and continued to helped clean so that more of the house could be cleaned before they left at the designated hour, I was told they can't clean the high places so either I wiped the top shelves or the cobwebs and ceilings were not cleaned in the end, and I still had some more to clean/dust even after they left. Overall, they do a great general cleaning of the house, especially if your place isn't super dirty. We would highly recommend Bubbles Kleaning and use their services again! Thank you! read more

Cleaned rain gutters and windows. Also exterior cobwebs. I got a quote Sunday, and they came the next day to do the work. Used a blower and then water to clean the rain gutters. They had specialized equipment that minimized getting up on a ladder. (They did not get up on the roof at all.) Afterwards, they used a dome brush and removed cobwebs and loose dirt along the outside of the house. A second crew washed the windows while this was going on. The windows were done very thoroughly (including screens and sill-bottoms), and this took longer than the gutters. By 3 or 4 pm every thing was done. Later I checked the gutters - they were very clean. read more

I rarely write reviews but this company did such a poor job that I want others to be aware of the issues Bubbles Kleaning services did a terrible job on both our interior cleaning and windows. Spots, smudges and streaks were left on every window. Not const. damage and Jose ( the owner claimed). I've been in construction for 35 years and I've never seen such a poor post construction window cleaning job done. The kitchen drawers still had dirt in most all of the drawers, the floors had dirt and dust all around the edges. In addition the cleaning crew scratched two of our brand new bathroom vanity mirrors. Apart from the poor cleaning, the window crew dinged our grand piano in 4 separate locations. We had just had the piano touched up and polished prior to delivery from storage with Burton Wilson Piano in Scotts Valley so we knew the pianos finish was in excellent condition. Jose gave us a verbal quote for $350.00 to do the windows however after we pointed out all the issues he demanded payment of $550.00 to come back and do the corrective work. When we refused to pay the $350.00 until the quote from Burton Wilson was received for the damage repairs he threatened to lien our property for the increased amount of $550.00. Essentially Jose's posture from the moment we met over these issues was to deny all responsibility and to be combative, regardless of the clear examples we pointed out of their deficiencies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! read more

I hired Bubbles Kleaning service to clean a few rugs and couches prior to my new baby arriving in 2 weeks. They did a good job on my couches. No complaints there. However, my rug smelled extremely musty and was still wet after 24+ hours. I let them know, they offered to come back and clean it again, which I appreciated. When they returned, they said, "oh ya, the water didn't get sucked out good enough and showed me the water stains on the backside of the rug". After the second cleaning, same thing - very musty/mildewy smell. Also, now there was dark stains on the fringe of my rug. I contacted them again and they sent out the manager. The manager was tried to say it was the garage (where the rug was drying) that smelled, not the rug... and that it was because I had a dog. He was very argumentative and rude. He continued to make up more excuses as to why it smelled musty/mildewey and how it wasn't their fault. My rug did not have stains or smell musty/mildewy prior to their cleaning attempts. I asked them to replace my rug (which is not too pricey - $200), but he said no, they didn't do anything wrong. I asked him to leave when I realized that we were not going to come to a solution, but he did not until my 3rd request of asking him to leave. I cannot use this rug anymore because of the smell that their attempted cleaning put into it. I was better off before they attempted to clean my rugs. Terrible experience and they ruined my rug, which I now have to replace. read more

My husband and I were moving out of our home after 16 years and we wanted a "move out" cleaning service, so we heard from Olivia at Bubbles Kleaning Service and are we glad we did!! She was very quick to respond and was very pleasant to work with and so was her team! However, we weren't able to get our part done quickly enough, so Olivia's team even helped us empty our closet so I could pack everything up and they could do their cleaning in there. I have not had very good luck with home cleaning services. I had to fire my last one due to simply not showing up and not communicating with me even though I was on their schedule monthly.
