I found Jason through either Yelp or Google and gave him a call about a shaggy cream-colored wool rug in my bedroom. I had recently rescued two kittens, and unfortunately discovered they had been using the rug under my bed as their bathroom. Anyone who's had kittens knows that their stools can be soft--not something you ever want to try to remove from a shaggy wool rug! Jason returned my call almost immediately and was even willing to fit me in that same day. I needed time to pull the rug out from under my heavy bed and wanted to do some spot cleaning first, so we scheduled for a few days later. He arrived right on time and was upfront over the phone that he might not be able to fully restore the rug, which I appreciated. I had already done some spot cleaning, and after laying a plastic tarp on my patio, he cleaned the rug outside. When he was finished, it looked fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work, his professionalism, or his pricing. I have several other rugs in my home, and Jason will definitely be the first person I call the next time they need cleaning. Highly recommend! read more

I honestly thought this carpet was going to have to be replaced. It had pet stains, dirt, heavy traffic marks, and dark worn-in areas, and I didn't think it could be saved. After the cleaning, I was shocked -- the stains and dark track marks vanished, and the carpet looked almost brand new. In fact, several people thought it was new! I would absolutely recommend him to homeowners, renters, property managers, and especially anyone preparing a home for sale.. A "10" out of "10"! read more

I highly recommend Pro Clean Carpet Care. Jason did an amazing job cleaning my carpets even better than I thought was possible. I was happily surprised at how clean and bright they looked, especially in the heavy traffic areas that I thought were permanently stained. Jason was very nice, professional, polite, the price was right, and he fit me in his schedule right away. This is the 3rd time I've used his services and I will definitely be calling him again. read more

This is the 3rd time I've used Pro Clean Carpet Cleaning. Owner/operator Jason communicates well, is on time, and meticulously cleans my old carpet. I appreciate that he uses a high powered vacuum and a light spray to pre-clean the carpet . He didn't try to sell me on other services like so many commercial companies do to pad their bill. The carpet always look rejuvenated and new afterwards. I highly recommend his services! read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Jason a few times now, and everytime he's been wonderful. His prices are fair, he's quick to reply to messages, and schedules around whatever time we need. Our carpets look new after every cleaning ( and that's big for us...we've got kiddos and 3 doggos!). He's super fast too, he had three bedrooms, foyer, and our stairs done in a morning. 10/10 recommend! read more

We've used Jason at Pro Clean Carpet Care multiple times--first when we moved out of our rental, then again for our new home, which had old, horrendous carpet. Each time, Jason worked absolute magic! The carpets looked and smelled amazing after every visit. Even as we inch closer to needing full carpet replacement, we still call Jason because no one else gets results like he does. He's professional, friendly, reliable, and genuinely takes pride in his work. It's clear he cares about his customers and always goes above and beyond. Jason is our go-to guy for carpet cleaning--hands down. Highly recommend! We have had Jason come to our house twice to clean several area rugs in our home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. First of all, Jason is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and takes genuine pride in his craft. Communication was excellent throughout, and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. He always arrives on time and handles our rugs with care, explaining the nuances of the different materials of each rug and how they will respond to the cleaning process, as well as how the drying process works. The rugs came back looking brand new--vibrant colors restored, stains and odors completely removed. We have two kids and pets, so you can imagine how much wear and tear our rugs get every day. If you're looking for a trustworthy, high-quality rug cleaning provider, look no further than Jason at Pro Clean Carpet Care. He goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work, ensuring you'll be pleased with the results and customer service. Thank you again, Jason. We look forward to working with you again for our next cleaning. read more

Jason did an incredible job cleaning our carpets. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and extremely meticulous with his work. He took the time to explain the process, treated our home with care, and made sure every room looked as clean and refreshed as possible. The difference before and after was amazing -- stains and wear I thought were permanent disappeared completely. It's clear Jason takes real pride in his craft, and it shows in the quality of his work. If you're looking for someone who is thorough, trustworthy, and genuinely committed to doing the job right, I highly recommend Jason and his pro-carpet cleaning service. I'll definitely be calling him again! read more

Jason is reasonably priced. He showed up on time and completed the work as contracted. What I liked best is he didn't try to up charge based on some additional attention to a few heavily trafficked areas. read more

I have used Pro Clean Carpet Care in the past when I lived in a 3rd floor condo. Jason cleaned our light colored carpets twice, and we were very satisfied with the job. After our recent remodel in our two story home, I called Jason to clean various items: carpet on the stairs and upstairs, two area rugs, and a large sectional couch. He was able to give us a Saturday appointment (which was super helpful for our schedule), sent a professional and informative text the day before our appointment, and texted us when he was en route. This was very convenient as we were up early getting in final preparations for the cleaning and had a young child to accommodate. Jason is very hardworking and does a thorough job. Although our sectional was not very old, it was looking worn out. Jason's cleaning rejuvenated the microfiber upholstery and the couch looks and feels new again! Furthermore, he kindly cleaned two additional items, fabric covered bar stools, which I had forgotten to ask him about over the phone. Lastly, he is very knowledgeable and gave us some follow up tips, especially for making sure the area rugs dried out properly. We also appreciated the plastic sliders he placed under the larger pieces of furniture. We will definitely be using Pro Clean Carpet Care in the future! read more

Just had Jason out to clean our business carpets and furniture. He was fantastic! He came on a Saturday afternoon to accommodate our client schedule, he was thorough, fast, and I've never seen a guy work so hard! I wrote a review in 2015 for Jason and I felt like it was time to update it. I'm so appreciative of Jason. Every time I call he finds a way to get out to help me as soon as he can. He responds right away and is always on time. If he tries to clean something and it can't be cleaned (he tried my 16 year old patio cushions which have never been cleaned) he'll try and tell me if it will work or not. He's cleaned all the carpets in the house, the area rugs, and our couches. They look amazing! I've had dogs who have had accidents, kids who have been sick on the carpet, and everything in between. Between two dogs, and three kids, I can't believe how great the carpets look at that is all due to Jason. I'm truly grateful for him and his years of service. 2015 I've been using Pro Clean Carpets for a few years now and realized I've never reviewed them but I tell everyone I know how much I love them so finally time to Yelp. Jason is awesome. He calls you right back, super friendly, works with your schedule and quotes a great price. When he told me the first time how much it would cost I thought it was too good to be true. I've had them clean regular carpets and area rugs. Everyone else I had out said they had to roll up the carpet and take it to get cleaned. Pro Clean took it into the garage and did it here. It was amazing! They'll spot clean anything and if it doesn't come out they'll come back in a week for free. I will never use another company. Professional, excellent at cleaning, friendly people, great price, you can't go wrong! read more

I have tried many different services and finally so glad to find Jason. He did an amazing job for my 25 years old white carpet. I would strongly recommend him and will use his service again. Thank you so much, Jason! read more
