We have used them since we moved to Gilroy in 2019. Always on time, always do a great job. Mostly recently, in our new place in Hollister, cleaned a significant blood stain that resulted from a fall. Amazing work! Not cheap but, based on performance, a very good value read more

Friendly, efficient, high quality, no chemical spell. Very professional, and reasonable prices. I lost their contact information when I needed my office carpet cleaned, and decided to do it myself instead of calling anyone else by Classic Clean. Highly recommend. read more

Dave did an excellent job on my hard to clean carpet. He was a miracle worker in my view, removing a very set in large stain. I highly recommend him. read more

I have 2 dogs, even with strict dog walking schedule, accidents still happen. So I call classic clean, Ellen was beyond helpful, got me scheduled when I was available (of course I wrote down the time down wrong, and thought they were late (sorry, dave that was my fault.) Dave was on time, got everything done under a hour and half, if not less, and mind you I have a 3 story townhouse. Took care of everything, carpets looked great, including stairs, and came in less than estimated. I will be calling Classic every year for my annual carpet cleaning. Thank you so much! read more

I called on Tuesday (Thanksgiving week) and they were able to get me in that Friday. Very friendly and professional and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely continue to give them by business. Thank you! read more

This entity has a great reputation but no scale and not enough production output. Every time I call it is 1-2 month wait and very non- responsive. Business is great for them but good owners invest and expand when they have the demand - or add a partner, third party customer service, another crew etc read more

I love Classic Clean Carpets. They are working on my carpets right now and honestly I know I don't have to wait for the outcome to give a 5 star review because they have serviced my carpets many times before and it is always exactly what I expected. They do a great job! On time! Reasonably priced and Friendly. I have hired other carpet cleaners when I could not book Classic Clean (due to my last minute planning right before company coming over) and I have to say, I regreted my choice. I have learned! Classic Clean is the best option for us! read more

Happy with the job Classic did on my carpets. Even though I wasn't home when they performed their service, my wife who was home, said she was very satisfied. This coming from someone who is more critical than I. And she is right! Everything looks great! Thanks again and hope to meet you in person next time. read more

Arrived on time and did an EXCELLENT job at a GREAT price!!! I will definitely call them again when my carpets need cleaning! Also, very fast and friendly! Thanks!!! PS - "Joey" is doing MUCH better!! read more

I had to have my carpet cleaned so I checked yelp and found these folks....it was easy to get the appt time I wanted. They were honest folks and did a really good job. I liked the way they measured the floors to figure out how much to charge...they were in and out quickly. . would highly recommend them ! ps.. my actual was less than the estimate , like the other reviewer! read more

Not sure if I need to stand next to them when they are cleaning so I know they are doing their best job next time because they did I poor job for the $416 spent on getting the carpets cleaned. It's as if he only focused on the visible spots even though we moved all the furniture so he had a whole area to work with and nothing in his way. The spot where the rug lays, visible because it's cleaner than the rest of the carpet, was dry and looked untouched as if he knew the rug would just go right back there and cover it up anyways so why clean. The carpets still smell of cat piss, probably did 1 go over. I used to clean carpets and bathroom tiles, and my boss would always make us do 2-3 go overs on urine areas to get the smell out. The whole carpets was just barley wet like he just did the quickest job possible. 800sq ft in under 2 hours? I'll never hire this couples place to clean again. 49 cents a square foot for a piss poor job and linger cat smell that should have come out for $416. read more

It is so refreshing to know in this day and age there are people that do excellent work and treat their customers like gold! My carpet was a complete stained mess because of an adorable, yet untrained Maltipoo! Dave and Ellen were able to get all the stains out and the carpet looks beautiful!! I also have a large chair and ottoman that desperately needed cleaning and deodorizing. It also came out beautiful and smells nice and clean. The price for both was a lot less than I expected. I will definitely tell all my friends!! Thank you Dave and Ellen! You made this experience a complete pleasure! read more

I have used this company multiple times and one of the great things about them is that the owners of the company actually do the work and they take pride in doing an excellent job. The carpets always come out looking like new (which is surprising considering I have four cats). I highly recommend them and will use them again. The owners are dependable, prompt, and very fair with their pricing. In addition, their method of carpet cleaning is superior to the low-budget companies and the carpet dries quickly. Before I started using them, my carpets were wet for 24 hours! --Ann E. read more

AMAZING JOB!!! We just had our carpet, large sectional, side chair & ottoman cleaned and we couldn't be happier!! Everything looks brand new. We used Classic Clean based on the Yelp reviews, and I am so happy we did. Not only did they do a fantastic job, the prices were more affordable than other quotes I received. I also loved how friendly and professional both of them are. We will definitely be using them the next time we need our carpet and/or upholstery cleaned!! read more

The best business I've ever run across on Yelp!.. Their service is exceptional, as is their wonderful attitudes. I make an appointment with them every six months and I got to say I enjoy their company as much as I do their work. These are just good people and you will not regret hiring them. I've recommended them to my bosses at work and my friends also... they all come back and tell me thank you for recommending them! Dave came out today and made my 12 year old couch look and smell new! He also cleaned my dining room chair cushions and really worked hard on them. What a super nice guy; I'm so happy he and Ellen are here in South County to take care of carpet and upholstery cleaning. He has been doing it for 35 years and I wouldn't call anyone else. It's no wonder their reviews on Yelp are so glowing -- I HIGHLY recommend them! read more

Fantastic service and customer care! I am very pleased with the way our carpets turned out. It was also nice to do business with kind, personable people who care about their clients and the service they provide. Super friendly, very accommodating, and thorough to make sure the job is done right. They called me back on Christmas Eve and got my business office carpets super clean a few days later. They even returned to totally nuke two spots that resurfaced! The reviews on Yelp really helped me turn to their local business. They carried a great conversation, worked as a team with double the equipment I was expecting, and were done really quick. Highly recommend and will use them again! read more

As a real estate agent, there are many times that a good carpet cleaning is required before the new owners occupy a home. When this occurs, there is only one company that I call: Classic Clean. This is a family-run business and they have always performed in an exemplary manner. They're consistently on time, do what they say they'll do and are a pleasure to do business with. I am so, so pleased with the terrific job Dave and Ellen did on my carpets. It is rare that you get a business owner arrive to do the work.
