Wow! I thought my parents' carpets were so dirty they'd have to be replaced but I was astonished at how Rod and his team transformed them. They were even able to remove stains that were at least a decade old! I wish I would have taken before and after photos to include in this post because it was truly unbelievable how clean he was able to get their carpets. Amazing, is an understatement word to describe the work that James had done in my garage. I have gotten so many compliments...My epoxy floor is built like a tank. A child who was staying with us peed through 2 seat and back cushions on our new sectional. I called many places, got a lot of advice, but these guys are the ones who showed up and saved the day! You would never know anything happened to those cushions. Our next sofa tragedy happened with my 2 year old coloring the cushions with chalk. Did you know chalk doesn't just brush out? I am totally A/R about carpet cleaning. When I had realtor beige carpeting in both of the my past homes they were cleaned four times a year whether they needed it or not. My homes sold in a day because they looked brand new. So when I needed two large area rugs (can't fit into my convertible) cleaned I looked on Angie's List, Yelp (of course) and saw the Diamond Certified ad which takes an ENTIRE page of the Mercury News. I called and Rob got me scheduled in the next week. Alt and Rob did a great job and charged me $20 less than their minimum of $120 since I have hardwood or tile in most rooms. Very professional and know exactly what they are doing. They called and apologized for being a bit late - but that is to be expected since they never know if they will have all white plush in one house and then two ever so slightly dirty area rugs in the next. My "genuine" oriental rug is cream colored with blue design work. We take good care of the rug but **** happens. (Literally, we have pets). Heavenly cleaned it approximately 9 years ago. The rug was returned spotless and looked great. I had them clean my floor tile recently. Like the rug, the tile hadn't had a deep clean in 9 years (when we remodeled). I'd forgotten what the tile colors looked like when they were new. It was amazing to see the original tile and grout colors again. They took the rug for another cleaning.
