I cannot recommend Platinum Carpet Cleaning highly enough! They did an absolutely phenomenal job at my home, and the results exceeded my expectations. They cleaned the carpets on the first and second floors, including all the stairs, and even deep-cleaned and scrubbed the tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Platinum Carpet Cleaning was a lifesaver. We moved into a house that needed the carpets cleaned BADLY. One of the rooms smelled like the home belonged to a dozen dogs. What's worse is my wife is 5 months pregnant and we rented a moving truck and help to move all of our stuff in just two days. James (and his son Jacob) gave us their next availability and the carpet looks (and smells) good as new. They even went above and beyond with making sure there was no odor in other rooms and even finding some carpet in the closet hallway that they cleaned unprompted and without even mentioning it to me before they left. Next time we need any of their services we're calling them again. We called a few places for quotes and they offered a really affordable price especially compared to what other companies were asking. Their work was worth every penny. If you are looking for somebody trustworthy, great to work with, and will do an incredible job then you found what you are looking for. read more

Customer Service from the beginning to the end was outstanding! We needed carpet restretching in a few areas, and Jacob returned my call and got me a quote right away, while several other vendors didn't even return my call. We were able to schedule for the same week. And price was fair. Francisco came out to do the work. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He worked quickly and it turned out beautifully! These guys came out in November to clean my couch. I had already paid for another company to do it but they didn't do very well so we needed someone to clean it again. I am so happy with the service and quality that I received! They were so kind and respectful from the start and they did such a wonderful job! Great communication as well! I found Platinum Carpet Cleaning via a Google search after a horrendous moving experience from LA to SJ. All of my furniture arrived filthy and/or damaged to some degree. My sofa (which is 90% why I hire professional movers in the first place) is cream-colored fabric, and one arm was delivered BLACK, with every edge, corner, and cushion filthy as well. James at Platinum Carpet Cleaning made it look brand new! He also cleaned up my cream-colored fabric headboard that also arrive with black filth all over it. I will absolutely call them for my next furniture/carpet cleaning needs! read more

amazing service, communication and work! high recommend these guys. Couldn't be happier!

James was awesome!!! I contacted him yesterday due a really bad odor coming out from our carpet. Spoiled milk and maybe something else spilt on it and the smell was horrendous. I first tried all the DIY's tip that I could but none of it seems to work. I called James close to 6pm and he was nice enough to schedule us for next day appt. This whole thing affected our masters bedroom that's why I need someone to come out asap! When James and his son arrived, he explained everything that he'll be doing. He was professional but friendly. I even asked him to remove a small portion of stain in my son's room that wasn't part of the deal to which he said "no problem". I highly recommend their service to anyone who needs carpet cleaning at a very reasonable price but gets the job done beyond your expectations. Our carpet now not only looks new but with fresh linen scent! I can finally have a good night sleep in our room. Thanks James!!!! read more

We really liked the service we got from Platinum Cleaning. We had three carpets cleaned and these men were very professional and on time. Our appointment was originally in the afternoon. We would have preferred in the morning but it was on short notice so we made it for 4:00 in the afternoon. They said if there was a change they would be able to do it earlier they would let us know. Next day they called and said they could do it at 8:00 AM instead. That helped us out a lot. The carpets look and smell clean and fresh. I would recommend this company. Also, he mentioned they also clean tile and grout so we may call them out again soon. read more
