Hugo is the best! His guy cleaned several of my area rugs in my house and made them look BRAND NEW! I almost threw away one of my outdoor carpets and he ended up cleaning it and made it look new! I'm shocked at how amazing the results are for all of my carpets! He had cleaned 5 carpets in total for me of all sizes. Hugo is honest and saved me so much money on my upstairs carpet after my cousin spilled eyeshadow on it. He gave me advice without taking extra money from me. I will definitely use Hugo again in the future! Don't think twice and use Hugo! read more

Fantastic! Hugo and Herman did a superior job cleaning my shag carpets and a cloth sofa that hadn't been cleaned in several years. They were dingy and I was embarrassed to have guests over. I had tried a mini Bissell to spot clean and store bought upholstery cleaner on my own which worked only minimally. Remarkably, pet stains (cat vomit) that had been there for years that 3 other local carpet cleaning companies (Genesis for one) could not get out, were gone. I was shocked. The couch that was heavily soiled became spotless as I watched Hugo skillfully use this hand tool with the steam cleaner to get the stains out one by one. The cost was $360 for a 948 sq foot area, 2 bedrooms, combined dining room and living room areas, long hallway + the couch. It took about 90 minutes, and the carpet was only mildly damp at completion as they used these super dryer devices. Very pleased with the value--especially when I think of the money I spent on the Bissell, cleaning products and couch cover up devices. But the relief in now feeling like I can have people over without embarassment is priceless. Hugo who I believe is the owner was kind and friendly, a real pleasure to work with--he's really rather charming, has a big smile that lights up the room and a personality to match. His co-worker Herman was also very nice. I will only do business with this company in the future. . .Highly recommend. read more

We had a strange smell coming from the carpet upstairs in our townhome. Despite multiple requests for rescheduling on our part, Hugo was very understanding and was able to come out and do the work to clean the carpet in both upstair bedrooms and the stairs leading upstairs. Hugo arrived earlier than the scheduled time and was ready to work promptly. Hugo was thorough and worked with us to let us know what furniture he could work around and even helped me move what I needed help with. He even cleaned an area rug in our living room at no additional charge. I would recommend Hugo due to his attention to detail, work ethic and positive attitude! I'l definitely be working with him again when the need arises! read more

Happy with the carpet and tile cleaning service Hugo and team provided. They are on time, professional, paying attention to details; also helped me to move around some furniture pieces. Some of the tile grouts, due to certain type of tile & grout cleaning solution I used, have dirt sealed in therefore unable to get rid of, Hugo explained to me why it happened, as well suggested the type of cleaning service and tile cleaning agent I should be using going forward. It's informational and helpful. I absolutely recommend his company given the great experience I have had! read more

Extremely happy with customer service and carpet cleaning! Highly recommend this business!

Professional, quality service, on time and friendly. Definitely schedule Fast Drying for your carpet needs.

Fast forward almost 3 years later, I figured why re-invent the wheel right? Since Hugo did an excellent job for me in the past, I figured I'd give him a call again. I know, who wants to read a review for a carpet cleaning business right? Don't kid yourselves! Some of us still have area rugs, or carpet in at least 1 room! That said, you have to eventually get them steamed or cleaned! If not, that is just straight up NASTY! I knew I was pressing my luck by calling the same week I needed service, but you'll never know until you ask. When Hugo answered the phone, I didn't expect him to remember me, but I did mention that I've used him in the past. He requested that I text him my address. I still had his number saved, so I was able to text him immediately after our call. He responded within minutes asking, "Is this Robert H.?" I responded affirmatively. Right then we were able to establish that I was a repeat customer. Did that help? It sure did! He actually moved a few things around to squeeze me in. Project: Area rug Results: Amazing! Spots disappeared, colors were revived, and it smelled like I threw it in the washer! I'll admit that my area rug wasn't filthy, but it did have a handful of spots here and there that I couldn't get rid of with regular carpet cleaning sprays. Side note: If your carpet hasn't been steamed in a year or so, don't be cheap! Buck up and call Hugo! Get a couple quotes first, he will work with you. Conclusion: Hugo is my go-to carpet dude! read more

If you're looking for an honest and reliable carpet and tile cleaning company look no further than Fast Drying Carpet Cleaning! Hugo and his team of professionals came through for me in a pinch, showed up on time, and I couldn't be happier with their work. Now, let me be clear... this was no small job. They did four large rooms and a staircase, and on top of that they breezed right through over 900' square feet of tile like it was nothing. The grout looks brand new like the tile was put in yesterday. Hugo uses top-notch equipment to get the job done. They also used corner guards to protect my walls and doorframes which I really appreciate. Don't waste your time searching for anyone else... this is the professional team you've been hoping for... trust me! read more

Hugo did a great job cleaning our carpet, I had a lot of calls from other carpet cleaners , he was fastest to respond.

Just had our carpet cleaned today, very happy with their service and result. They arrived on time. They both had mask on and shoe covers on. I really appreciated that Hugo made sure paid special attention on the area had kids pee spots, he also used fans blowing on the carpet after finished, that'll reduce a lot drying time which I haven't seen other carpet cleaning people done before. I can see that Hugo and his guy trying their best to give best service. I'll use their service again in the future and recommend them to my friends. read more

Hugo and his team was very professional and they did an excelllent job in my house. My carpet really needed a deep cleaning and removing the urine stains from my dog. Hugo and his ream did an excellent job. The company is super responsible from the first moment when I call to make an appointment and ask some questions. Very reasonable price, really a great job. I recommend it 500%, I will not wait that long without cleaning my carpet, and something that caught my attention was how quickly the carpet dried. The last time another company came to clean it a month after it was washed, the water still felt, so in the end the carpet was dirtier than when we paid for it to be cleaned. Thanks Hugo, excellent work. Definetely we will see you again. read more

We've always done our own deep carpet cleaning by renting one of those shampoo vacuums. I saw someone on my fb posting a pic of her super clean carpet. I decided to reach out and sent a message via yelp to inquire about pricing. Hugo was so quick to respond with the information. We decided to give it a try this time around. I had a ton of questions prior to the actual setup. Hugo responded to everyone of them at a timely manner. I had Hugo come to the house while I was at work. Prior to coming, he was already aware that there's a lot of items that we could not move. He helped to move some items and was able to clean around what we didn't want to move. Our carpets are originally white/cream color but became pretty much black b/c of the high foot traffic with leaving or shoes on and from our dogs (one of which was really old bulldog who couldn't control her bladder and slobber). I was afraid that the stains will never go away. When the cleaning was done, Hugo was kind enough to send me a message to let me know that he was done and even sent an after picture of the job. Omg! The black stains disappeared and looks like we just moved in again. He did such an amazing job! I will definitely be contacting him in a few months to do it again. Thank you Hugo! read more
