However, we were very disappointed with the outcome. We asked for a very thin line along the joints, but the finished product resulted in thick, uneven grout lines that stood out. For the other bathroom's shower pan, it was recommended to use grout rather than caulk. The grout applied was very uneven and looked as if a black crayon had been used. After spending several hundred dollars, we hired another company to complete the work. We requested another specialist from Grout Kings to handle our project, but they were inflexible and insisted that they could do it correctly. What was initially estimated to cost a few hundred dollars ended up costing a couple of thousand. I cannot recommend Grout Kings, as their work did not meet the quality promised online.

Within weeks after installation, pit marks and dents began developing on the surface. Over the following months, additional defects continued to appear under normal use. When I reported the issue, Bay Stone initially acknowledged it as a quality concern but directed me to work directly with their supplier rather than handling it themselves. After months of follow-up, the supplier's representative inspected the slabs and offered replacement slabs. I then returned to Bay Stone to request some form of refund instead of replacement, since the cost of uninstalling and reinstalling the slabs makes the replacement offer impractical and financially unreasonable. Bay Stone indicated that a refund might be possible but claimed the supplier required the original slabs to be returned. That was not what I had been told. After I confirmed with the supplier that returning the originals was not required, Bay Stone changed its position. The manager, Kimberley, told me it was "not scientifically possible" for pit marks to develop after installation and suggested I should have identified the issue at delivery. I provided multiple dated photos showing the progression of the defects. After that, my messages went unanswered. What stood out most was the lack of ownership and empathy. Kimberley was not apologetic and did not appear interested in finding a practical resolution. Instead, responsibility was repeatedly shifted, and ultimately, the issue was attributed to me for not raising it at delivery, even though the slabs appeared fine at that time. It felt as though once payment was made, accountability ended. When customers pay premium prices, they expect both quality materials and meaningful support if something goes wrong. In my case, that expectation was not met.

They have a variety of tile selections and most of them were imported from Italy or Spain which with better quality there's less yield loss, hence you can buy less. Some of the special priced items have longer lead times, so make sure you double check with them. We didn't enjoy the process as much as with other shops because of 3 reasons. First of all, our sales contact was quite unavailable on the weekends or even Friday afternoons, so we had a hard time scheduling with her. But if you just walk in and ask for help from the front desk, they will assign someone to help. The second issue we found was the inconsistency of product introductions. We were worried about slippery tiles in the shower, our sales contact suggested us to focus on the tiles that have a special coating. The second sales person we talked to said the special coating was only for outdoor use, using the gauge lines between tiles is good enough to prevent slipping. Thirdly, after we got the quote, we couldn't place the order into the system with our contractor's discount; only that appointed sales person could do. Luckily we could get the rest of the process done via email and she sent out a link for me to make payment. If you have a Rakuten cash back app and pay online, I think you get the cash back as well.

My partner and I felt good about our research and choice of NextGen, and the wire rack piled to the top with comforters, mattress pads and other bedding only furthered our confidence. Sadly, once we removed the bed from the bag, I felt confused that perhaps the wrong item had been picked up. It looked nearly identical to when we'd first brought it to NextGen, but with quite a few more strands of (different lengths) of hair stuck to it throughout. Secondly, almost every quilted square of the bed had faux filling bunched up in a variety of balls--I had originally purchased the square patterned bed to avoid this problem once cleaned. :( I wanted to bring my item back immediately, however, my health at the time did not allow it. I gave two stars for the kind atmosphere. P.s. I am attaching a very faded receipt, with the word, "wait" written at the top, because I felt it so important to write a review. They were able to schedule my appointment very quickly, arrived exactly on time, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. There were heavy juice and food stains on the master bedroom carpet, so I was quite worried about whether they could be removed. Steamer Pros was very prompt in responding to my ask for a quote. I had left a vm on Sunday and received a text with details to provide an estd. quote by 845am the next day. They were very clear and transparent on basis of quote and provided multiple availability options to schedule service. Steamer Pros cleaned my carpet last year and Raymond visited again to professionally clean the tile floor and grout in the kitchen and bathrooms for the first time in nearly 28 years. Steamer Pros was very punctual and Raymond was meticulous in setting up for the job and cleaning up afterwards and the results in cleaning and scrubbing the tile and grout were fantastic. I called Steamer Pros based on the very positive reviews I read online, and was very pleased to have received outstanding service. It was easy to schedule an appointment, there was excellent communication regarding what to expect and when the cleaning team would arrive, and the workers were punctual, extremely courteous and effective. Our carpets looked brand new once the work was done, and all stains were removed. They also did a great job cleaning our couch. Scheduling services was a breeze, friendly team! Raymond arrived on-time, was friendly and professional. I lived in my apartment for 8 years with my young son, a golden retriever and a cat. Also fostered animals regularly over the years. Needless to say, the carpets were quite rough! I had all carpeted areas cleaned (two rooms, living room and hallway) and they look and smell new! Amazing service. We were in dire need for our carpets to be cleaned. Raymond and his staff were very responsive and professional. When they arrived they asked all the right questions and made us feel confident we were going to be taken care of. When I say our house looks different it's an understatement. Over the phone we discussed what areas were needed -- they still have measurements and rooms recorded from our first visit - so I simply had to confirm what areas were to be cleaned. I was pleased to learn they also do non-carpeted floor and countertop cleaning now, too, though we didn't schedule that. We set up an appointment and the team (3 people!) arrived promptly. They identified areas that needed some deeper cleaning (bad dog!) and we agreed on the services and pricing. The team brought in tarps to cover our floor, used booties so they didn't track anything in, and had corner guards to protect our walls from getting messed up. They also showed considerable knowledge of construction materials and advised us on the best care for the carpet and how they would approach the cleaning so as not to damage our baseboards.
