This family owned and run business is fantastic. From our first phone call to the completed job there is nothing not to be thrilled with. We recently had them clean a couch and 3 chairs plus all of the main floor tile and grout. We relocated back to MH 2 years ago and have been upset with the ground in dirt in the grout of this 20 year old home since day one. I finally calked Steamer Pros and they were able to "almost" bring the grout back to its original color. In their defense, some stains from wrong products, animal urine, etc was not going to come out completely. Our dogs have been laying on some of the furniture and these items look almost brand new. My carpets had lots of dog urine and stains despite having used bleach, per spray, and all the paper towels to soak as much of it up. About a month ago, I sent a Yelp request to steamer pros after a friend recommended them. They had cleaned her carpets and she said it looked spanking new. After a year of regular carpet cleaning, I wasn't seeing the results I wanted with stain removal. It didn't help that our house was a revolving door of canine traffic from all the foster dogs we had traipsing through. There's nothing worse than the pee of an adult male dog that seeps into your carpet fibers. No amount of cleaning, steaming or anything would make a difference. And the stain and smell kept coming back despite hiring a professional carpet cleaning company. After seeing no results and still spending money, I called these guys. A husband and wife team, they were incredibly helpful. They asked detailed questions and I sent pictures to help them ascertain what they would be dealing with. Apparently my cleaning endeavors had caused excess moisture to be retained. After giving them approximate measurements, I got an estimate, which was round about what I was expecting. The day of the job, Ray and his team member came in, set up and got the job done in about 2 hours. It's been a month and none of those pee stains are back.
