I have used Steamer Pros at two houses. The first time was when I sold a house. I hired a different carpet cleaner two months before but I wanted the carpet cleaned again before the house was listed. The difference was very apparent and the carpets came out extremely well using the power cleaning service. I recently used Steamer Pros on my townhouse with very old carpets. The carpets came out as very well as expected but Raymond was willing to return and redo the corner areas that had turned brown due to high traffic. The heavy traffic areas had worn the carpet so the brown could not be completely removed but the result was satisfactory. Steamer Pros is very customer service driven but they are not the cheapest but you can have high expectations that your carpets will be well cleaned.
